Each Owner will benefit from the option to lease back

have access to resort style amenities while still having

FUNDING YOUR PURCHASE

Finance is available in Croatia for foreign nationals for

both personal and company applications. It should

be noted that purchasing through a company allows

the recovery of the VAT.

The developer has agreed favourable payment terms

with no need to provide any stage payments during

the construction phase.

Hypo Bank has assessed the project and has agreed

to offer a bespoke Euro mortgage to Šipanska

Luka Owners on completion. It will therefore not

be necessary to apply for a mortgage until the

development is nearing completion.

Braemore has appointed KPMG Croatia to act as an

independent adviser for its clients.
