Free class January 9, <strong>of</strong>ficial session starts Friday, January 11,<br />

10 AM (14 classes, January 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30; February 1,<br />

6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27) • $99 session.<br />

• Save $10! Early-bird discount if you register online by January 9, only $89.<br />

• Minimum <strong>of</strong> 10 pre-registered and paid registrants to run class (encourage<br />

your friends).<br />

• Absolute deadline to pre-register is January 11. If we don’t have ten prepaid,<br />

then we can’t run your private Zumba class (encourage your friends<br />

to register early for the discount).<br />

• Drop in’s are always welcome, $10 class, space permitting. Drop-ins do<br />

not count against minimum class total.<br />

• For liability reasons, you may not transfer your class to another person.<br />

for this strenuous DVD tape and stay in shape for the season! Free class,<br />

anyone can join. There will be no class on Monday, December 31.<br />

Water Aerobics Free class run by a volunteer<br />

resident! Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m. at the Resort Pool. This is<br />

a great class for all fitness levels and abilities. No need to sign up, just show up! If<br />

YOGA FLOW<br />

with Camille on Mondays & Thursdays at 6pm<br />

Camille’s yoga style tightens and tones the entire body, enhances<br />

balance, improves flexibility and builds core strength by combining<br />

traditional fitness training, focused breathing and strength building<br />

through yoga poses. The result is a mind-body workout that<br />

improves health, athletic performance and mental acuity in people <strong>of</strong><br />

all ages and fitness levels. It truly is yoga for everybody and everybody.<br />

<strong>Walk</strong>ing DVD Class<br />

Monday - Friday at 9:00 a.m. in the Aerobics Room.<br />

Great for all levels, low impact, free class that anyone can<br />

join. There will be no class on Tuesday, December 25 or<br />

Monday, December 31.<br />

Muscle and Conditioning!<br />

If you are interested in participating in a<br />

muscle conditioning class (using hand<br />

weights, ball, body weight, etc), please contact<br />

aol.com. We have class on Tuesdays and<br />

Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. Must provide own<br />

weights, ball and mat or towel. Cost $5.00 per class.<br />

Ballroom Dance!<br />

Ballroom dance lessons are back this season with instructor<br />

Mel Logsdon for the month <strong>of</strong> January. Learn the Foxtrot,<br />

Waltz, Rumba, and East Coast Swing on Thursday nights<br />

at 6:30 p.m. Mr. Logsdon will be <strong>of</strong>fering a level 2 class on<br />

Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. as Class will be held on 1/10, 1/17, 1/24 and 1/31.<br />

Class is $30.00 per person or $50.00 per couple. Checks can be made payable<br />

to <strong>Village</strong><strong>Walk</strong>. Please RSVP to the HOA Office by Tuesday, January 8.<br />

February/<strong>March</strong> - Dance, International Ballroom Style: Whether<br />

beginner or advanced this class is where partners look and dance like they<br />

belong together on the dance floor. You will find your own dance style in<br />

Foxtrot, Rumba, Swing, Cha Cha, Waltz and Tango. Our teaching methods<br />

make it easy and fun with two pr<strong>of</strong>essional dance instructors. Join VIllage<strong>Walk</strong><br />

residents Joe & Kalie Kubica on Thursday nights at 6:30 p.m. for<br />

this class. Class runs February 7-<strong>March</strong> 14 for $60 per couple and <strong>March</strong><br />

21-April 11 for $40 a couple. Please sign up at the HOA Office. Checks payable<br />

to VIllage<strong>Walk</strong>.<br />
