The Titan Head series provides the right harvester
head for all tree sizes. The latest innovations have
been tested throughout before implementation, to
ensure that each TH Harvester Head is above par
and truly benefits the contractors and operators.
The TH75 can be equipped with a eucalyptus
debarking kit. The synchronised feeding circuit,
the parallel-controlled delimbing knives and
feeding wheels position the stem optimally,
guaranteeing efficient debarking.

The Logset TH45 is built to achieve optimum
results from thinning operations. TH45 is
compact and lightweight, enabling smooth and
quick movements even in dense forests. The head
is designed to handle small to middle-sized trees.
It is equipped with two hydraulic feeding wheels
and a free rolling support wheel to reduce friction
and improve feeding.
The hydraulics has been optimised to
work also with a smaller harvester. The hydraulic
supply to the motors is optimised with a flow
divider. Equal pressure and flow will avoid
single wheel spinning even in rough branched
conditions.
The integrated hydraulic hoses are well
protected behind the hydraulic motors and close
to the hydraulic valve block. The measuring wheel
is controlled with a hydraulic cylinder, which is
adjustable for obtaining the ideal pressure to suit
all conditions.

TH55 is a compact harvester head that is suitable for
thinning and small trunked clear felling. The robust
feeding system ensures powerful and efficient
feeding. The diameter measurement’s reliability is
guaranteed by two sensors on the main knives.
A fully hydraulic length measuring wheel
delivers extremely precise result. The head can be
equipped with knives and a feeding roller especially
designed for efficient bunch processing.

The TH65 is a versatile head built for thinning and
final felling especially on varying sites. Compact
for early thinning operations, yet powerful
enough to fell trees up to 65 cm. The optimal
productivity is achieved with diameters up to 45
cm. The head is well matched with the LOGSET 8H
GT Harvester.
The TH65 has all the power, yet without
large weight, which makes it perfect for longer
cranes with wider reach. Many options are
available for different customer needs, such as
alternative feeding rollers, bio energy and bunch
processing kits, colour marking and stump
treatment.

The heavy duty TH75 is the largest head of the TH range.
Even so, the TH75 has a relatively short frame and weighs
in at only 1300 kg. Therefore, it is a perfect match to
LOGSET 8H GT and 10H. The minimum stem-to-frame
contact reduces friction, ensuring low fuel consumption
and long lifetime for the components. The TH75 is a
complete package of solutions for heavy trunks. The fixed
rear knife increases the delimbing quality. To help obtain
maximum results, Logset offers alternative feeding motor
sizes and spikes for feeding wheels.
LOGSET TH75X
for excavators
The strong construction of the TH75X suits track-based
machines particularly well. It feeds stems effectively even
at lower pump and engine power.
