BRESSON a. s. as the upholder of ČKD DUKLA and Strojírny Kolín [Enginering Works] manufactures<br />
and supplies a wide range of the equipment required by power engineering, industries, thermal power<br />
plants, heating plants, incinerators and exploitation of waste heat. Many of the items produced are used<br />
for other purposes, too, and for the storage and transport of materials and liquids.<br />
BRESSON a. s. continues in the traditional manufacture of boilers and associated equipment of boiler<br />
rooms. Beginning from the sixtieth when the collaboration between ČKD DUKLA and the then Tatra<br />
Kolín has started more, than 7,000 boiler units in the warm water, hot water or steam design, ranging<br />
from an output of 240 kg/hr. to 240 ton/hr., for incineration of lignite and hard coal, natural gas, town<br />
gas, heavy and light oils, industrial, hospital and municipal wastes have been marketed both in the<br />
country and abroad, including waste heat boilers.<br />

Production Range<br />
Equipment Designed for Industrial and Heating Boiler<br />
Rooms<br />
Flue fire – tube boilers type BK T98 and BK T2000 are manufactured in both the steam and hot<br />
water designs for combustion of gaseous and liquid fuels as large-room units with natural circulation<br />
and overpressure combustion.<br />
Boilers are completely assembled, incl. their equipment, in the manufacturing plant, while model T2000<br />
is supplied with an economizer solely. Boilers are designed to be connected to device facilitating their<br />
operation without any continuous attendance.<br />
Output range: 1 – 14 ton/hr.; saturated or overheated steam: 220°C (on a individual basis up to<br />
280°); 1.4 MPa (on a individual basis up to 2 MPa); hot water: 150/70°C.<br />
Portable boilers type KTK are manufactured in both the steam and hot water designs for combustion<br />
of gaseous and liquid fuels. They are provided with water conducting tubes, are of a single-drum type<br />
with natural circulation, membrane design, assembled in the manufacturing plant. Boilers are supplied<br />
with the tube water heater and tube air heater, thus reaching an efficiency rate up to 95%.<br />
Output range of steam design: 8 – 25 ton/hr.; steam pressure: 0.9 – 1.4 MPa; steam temperature: 200<br />
– 250°C.<br />
Output range of, hot water design: 5 – 25 MW; pressure: 2.4 MPa; water temperature: 150/70°C.<br />
Portable boilers type OKP are manufactured in both the steam and hot water designs for combustion<br />
of gaseous and liquid fuels. They are provided with water conducting tubes, are of a double-drum type<br />
with natural circulation, membrane design, assembled in the manufacturing plant. Boilers are with<br />
ecomizers to achieve a high efficiency rate.<br />
Output range of steam design: 8 – 40 ton/hr.; steam pressure: 1.4; .2.5; 3.8 MPa; steam temperature:<br />
220; 380; 445°C (if on an individual basis, also with other parameters).<br />
Output range of hot water design: 5.6 – 17.5 MW; pressure: 1.4; 2.5; 3.8 MP; water temperature:<br />
150/70°C (if on an individual basis, also with other parameters).<br />
Supplementary water heaters (economizers) for boilers model BK T98 and OKP (designed with<br />
tubes, fins, made of cast iron).<br />

• Grate boilers with a steam output of 4 – 50 ton/hr., in hot water design: 2.8 – 36 MW<br />
• Boilers for incineration of timber, farming and other wastes, and/or their combination with coal<br />
Medium-pressure heat exchangers PMD 10, 35, 70 and 110 are designed for heating and warming<br />
up of HUW [hot utility water] exchangers as a source of the technologic heat. Overpressure combustion of<br />
gaseous and liquid fuels.<br />
Output range: 150 – 1600 kg/hr; designed overpressure: 0.6 and 1.3 MPa.<br />
Hot-air exchangers type OTV are designed to heat air for the purpose of heating, drying or other<br />
technologic applications They are distinguished for their cylindrical design, are made of metal, without<br />
wall lining, with their front wall adjusted for a gas or oil burner.<br />
Output range: 290 – 1740 kW; outgoing adjustable temperature of the heated air within a range of 75 –<br />
150°C.<br />
High-speed steam developers G240 and G500 are through-flow boilers for production of the wet to<br />
saturated steam. Heat-exchanging surface is made by stainless coils, and the boiler is fitted with the<br />
monoblock burner designed for gaseous or liquid fuel.<br />
Steam output: 240 and 500 kg/hr.; designed overpressure: 0.6 MPa.<br />
Steam low-pressure boilers PGP are designed to produce technologic steam, and are applicable also<br />
in the event of low-pressure heating of buildings and TUV heat-exchanger. Overpressure combustion of<br />
gaseous and liquid fuels.<br />
Output range: 250 –2500 kW; designed overpressure: 0.05 MPa.<br />
Hot-water boilers KDVE 16 – 600 are designed for hot-water heating of buildings, production of<br />
technologic heat and warming up TUV heat-exchangers. Overpressure combustion of gaseous and<br />
liquid fuels.<br />
Output range: 160 – 6000 k; designed overpressure: 0.6 MPa; water temperature: 110/70°C.<br />
Thermal oil boilers KDVE - DUB, SPEC are used in case of the heat-conducting medium temperature<br />
more than 110°C and a pressure up to 0.3 MPa, for overpressure combustion of gaseous and liquid<br />
fuels.<br />
The heat-conducting medium (DUBOTERM) is designed for indirect heating in a closed pressure-free<br />
system up to an outlet temperature of 170°C. If required, the boiler type KDVE – DUB Special may be<br />
supplied for an outgoing temperature up to 200°C, and/or more.<br />
Output range: 400 – 1600 kW.<br />
Resistance type electric boilers model EOK 125R, 250 and 400 are used for direct or accumulated<br />
heating by means of electric current in closed hot-water systems.<br />
Output range: 125 – 390 kW.<br />
Boilers EOK 125 R are supplied including electric switchboard and mixing piece. For boilers EOK 250<br />
and 400 electric switchboards may be supplied separately.<br />
