As part of the continual improvement<br />

of recycling facilities across the district,<br />

Bradford Council will be temporarily closing<br />

the <strong>Household</strong> <strong>Waste</strong> <strong>Recycling</strong> Centre at<br />

<strong>Dealburn</strong> <strong>Road</strong>, Low Moor from<br />

Monday 15th November 2010.<br />

Bradford Council is committed <strong>to</strong> reducing the<br />

amount of unnecessary waste sent <strong>to</strong> landfill.<br />

As such, we will be re-developing the existing<br />

centre <strong>to</strong> provide improved recycling facilities <strong>to</strong><br />

help the the public recycle even more.<br />

The redevelopment of the site has received<br />

planning approval and the new layout is shown<br />

overleaf.<br />

improve site safety.<br />

Increase in the size of the site and making it split level.<br />

<strong>Improvements</strong> <strong>to</strong> the signage within the centre and on the surrounding highway.<br />

The site will be renamed <strong>Dealburn</strong> <strong>Road</strong> (formerly known as Wilson <strong>Road</strong>)<br />

<strong>Household</strong> <strong>Waste</strong> <strong>Recycling</strong> Centre.<br />
