Mar offers a unique way to entertain valued employees and

clients, create a fund-raiser or celebrate a special birthday or

Whether your group’s preference is sky level or ground level,

casual or dressy, we offer group packages designed especially

for you and your guests.

Enjoy the special charm of Del Mar from July 16 through

September 3, daily except Tuesdays.

We anticipate 8 races per day on weekdays, 9 races on

Sundays; 10 races on Opening Day, Closing Day, Saturdays and

Labor Day and 11 on Pacific Classic Day.

First race is at 2 p.m. – with the following exceptions:

Our spacious and shaded outdoor pavilion offers a

unique and enjoyable way to entertain clients and friends.

Built in a traditional Spanish mission motif, the Pacific

Pavilion features open and airy views throughout.

Reserved tables, closed-circuit television monitors,

wagering windows, cocktail bars, public telephones and

restrooms make the Pacific Pavilion a perfect choice for

your group of 24 to 2,000 people.

Our newest private party area accommodates your party

of 500 or more. The Seaside Tropical Cabana, is ideal for

corporate or social entertaining. Located trackside at the top

of the stretch run, within the 1/8 pole and west of the tunnel

entrance, the Seaside Tropical Cabana features table seating,

an elevated platform for catching all the live racing action,

television monitors, restrooms, cocktail bar, mutuel windows

and an exclusive food concession provided by Hunter Steak

Kid Stuff – Camp Del Mar

You don’t need to leave the kids at home while your group

is enjoying a day at the races.

Camp Del Mar is an exciting day camp program for children

5–12 years of age that is off and running July 16 through

September 1. Camp Del Mar opens when the gates to the

racetrack open each day and closes 30 minutes after the last

race.

Camp Del Mar costs $23.00 per day per child. Among its

many activities are animal-themed crafts, air hockey, gymnastics,

stable-area tours with a chance to meet and pet a real racehorse

(Mondays only), miniature golf

(Thursdays only), an inflatable jump

and the latest video games.

Admission includes a Camp

Del Mar t-shirt, lunch, all activities

and snacks. No reservations are

required. The camp is closed on

Tuesdays, as well as closing day,
