Rollen 

Lastabhängig gebremst. Material Polypropylen (recycelbar), nicht kreidend. 

Belastbarkeit: 50 kg pro Doppelrolle. Standard mit Rollen hart für 

Teppichböden, auf Wunsch mit Rollen weich für Holz- und Kunststoffböden 

ausgerüstet. 

Fusskreuz 

Material Aluminiumdruckguss, recycelbar; statische Belastbarkeit 

> 1.400 kg. Der Durchmesser des Fusskreuzes ist so ausgelegt, dass das 

Kippsicherheitsmass eingehalten wird. 

Höhenverstellung 

Durch Sicherheitsgasfeder mit Komforttiefenfederung auch in unterster 

Stellung. Die Gasfeder nimmt keine seitlichen Kräfte auf. Sitzträger und 

Gasfeder sind nicht fest miteinander verbunden. 

Mechanik 

Auto-Synchron-Mechanik mit stufenloser Fixierbarkeit des Sitz- und 

Rückneigewinkels. Material: tragende Teile Aluminiumdruckguss recycelbar. 

Bewegungsablauf 

Die Mechanik ist so konzipiert, dass sie sich automatisch auf das 

Körpergewicht des Benutzers einstellt. Hierdurch wird erreicht, dass in 

keiner Sitzposition das Gefühl auftritt, dass der Benutzer aus dem Stuhl 

herausgedrückt wird, oder dass man nach hinten durchfällt. Auto-Control 

mit Sensibilitätseinstellung dient zur Feinjustierung und reguliert die Stärke 

des Bewegungsablaufes. Zusätzlich kann die Mechanik in jeder gewünschten 

Position arretiert werden. Somit kann ein Stuhl, der mit der Auto-Synchron- 

Mechanik ausgestattet ist, ohne eventuelle Ein- oder Umstellungen vorzunehmen 

von verschiedenen Personen genutzt werden. 

Rückenlehne 

Die Rückenlehne ist so ausgeformt, dass diese einen guten seitlichen Halt 

bietet. Zusätzlich kann die Wölbung im Lumbalbereich um cm herausgedreht 

werden. Des weiteren ist die Rückenlehne um 7 cm in der Höhe verstellbar. 

Dadurch kann die Bandscheibenstütze in die gewünschte Position gebracht 

werden. Zusätzlich ist die Rückenlehne pendelnd gelagert. 

Sitzfläche 

Die Sitzfläche ist im vorderen Bereich stark abgerundet, um einen Blutstau 

in den Oberschenkeln zu verhindern. Der Drehpunkt der Sitzflächenneigung 

liegt im vorderen Bereich, um bei der Synchronbewegung von Sitz und Rücken 

nicht den Bodenkontakt zu verlieren. Optional kann ein Schiebesitz eingebaut 

werden. 

Armlehnen 

Designarmlehnen: höhen- und breitenverstellbar. 

-D-Armlehnen: höhen-, breiten- und tiefenverstellbar. 

Komfortarmlehnen: aus Integralschaum, höhen-, breitenverstell- und 

schwenkbar. 

Schaum 

Kaltformschaum auf Polsterplatte. FCKW frei! Der Schaum ist schwer entflammbar 

nach DIN 75 00. 

Polsterung 

Die Bezüge werden lose auf atmungsaktiven, offenporigen Formschaum gepolstert. 

Hierdurch ist die Atmungsfähigkeit und Dampfdurchlässigkeit gewährleistet. 

Durch die hochwertige Polsterung kann kein Hitzestau im Stuhl 

entstehen (Bioklima wird verbessert). 

Aussenschalen 

Rückenlehne mit Kunststoffschale. 

Kunststoffe 

Die Kunststoffe sind gekennzeichnet und können recycelt werden. Die Farben 

sind ohne Schwermetalle. 

Leitfähigkeit 

Optional kann der Stuhl in einer leitfähigen Ausführung geliefert werden. Die 

statische Aufladung wird somit über im Stoff eingewobene, leitfähige Fasern 

sowie über die Rollen gegen Erde abgeleitet.

Castors 

Castors with load-controlled braking. Material: polypropylene (recyclable), 

non-chalking. Load-support limit: 50 kg per double castor. Standard version 

with hard castors for carpets; if requested, with soft castors for wood and 

synthetic floors. 

Base 

Material: pressure-diecast aluminium (recyclable); static load-bearing capacity 

> 1.400 kg. The diameter of the base satisfies design guidelines for chair 

dimensions to prevent the chair from tipping over. 

Height adjustment 

With safety gas spring for comfortable spring cushioning, also in lowest position. 

The gas spring supports no lateral forces. The seat support and the gas 

spring are not rigidly connected to each other. 

Mechanical system 

Autosynchronous mechanical system with continuously variable locking of the 

seat tilt and the backrest tilt angle. Material: pressure-diecast aluminium (recyclable) 

for load-bearing parts. 

Dynamic sitting 

The mechanical system is designed to automatically adjust to the body weight 

of the user. This prevents the user in all seating positions from having the 

feeling of being pressed out of the chair, or of falling backward. The Auto- 

Control function with sensitivity setting enables precision adjustment and 

regulates the force of the adaptation to the user’s movements. In addition, 

the mechanical system can be locked in any desired position. This means that 

different persons can use a chair with the Autosynchronous Mechanical 

System without having to make many settings or re-adjustments. 

Backrest 

The backrest is designed such that it offers good lateral support. In addition, 

the spine-support arch in the lumbar-spine area can be raised by cm by 

turning the knob. The backrest can also be vertically adjusted by 7 cm, which 

moves the spine support to the desired position. The backrest also features 

pendular suspension. 

Seating surface 

The seating surface has pronounced rounding in the front area, to prevent 

constriction of circulation in the thighs. The axis of the seating-surface tilt 

action is located toward the front, to maintain floor contact during synchronous 

movement of seat and backrest. A sliding seat is available as option. 

Armrests 

Design armrests: adjustable in height and width 

D armrests: adjustable in height and width, and to the front and rear 

comfort armrests: swivel-mounted; made of integral foam; with armrest 

height adjustment and setting of the interval between the armrests 

Foam 

Cold-moulded foam on upholstery support. Contains no chlorofluorohydrocarbons 

(CFC). The foam is fire-resistant in accordance with DIN 75 00. 

Upholstery 

The cover material is upholstered onto breathable, open-pore, moulded foam: 

which assures breathability and vapour permeability. The high-quality upholstery 

assures that no build-up of heat can take place in the chair. 

Exterior shells 

Backrest with synthetic shell. 

Synthetic materials 

The synthetic materials are especially marked and can be recycled. The paints 

used do not contain heavy metals. 

Conductivity 

As an option, the chair can be delivered in an electrically conductive version. 

These models have conductive fibres woven into the textiles, which conduct 

static electricity downward through the castors into the earthing system.

Mechanik 

Mechanik zum freien Sitzen mit Synchron-Effekt. Der Neigewinkel der 

Rückenlehne ist stufenlos arretierbar. 

Bewegungsablauf „Freies Sitzen“ 

Der Stuhl passt sich jeder Bewegung des Benutzers an, sowohl Rückenlehne 

als auch Sitz, d.h. man kann den Bewegungsablauf und Spielraum ohne 

Einschränkung in jede Richtung frei wählen. Hierbei wird der Körper in allen 

Sitzhaltungen gestützt und die Muskulatur auf positive Weise aktiviert. Durch 

die bewegliche Lagerung des Sitzes wird die Rücken- und Beckenmuskulatur 

gestützt und gestärkt. Hoher Bedienkomfort ohne grosse Einstellungen, 

passt für jeden Benutzer. 

Rückenlehne 

Filigraner, sehr atmungsaktiver Netzbezug aus dauerelastischem 

Funktionsgewebe. Der Netzbezug passt sich durch die eigene Körperwärme 

an, dadurch werden Druckeinwirkungen gleichmässig verteilt und 

Formveränderungen bilden sich schnell und dauerhaft zurück. Der elastische 

Rückenlehnenrahmen passt sich den Oberkörperrotationen an. 

Höhenverstellbare Bandscheibenstütze. Integrierter Kleiderbügel mit 

Vertiefung für z. B. eine Schultertasche. Optional mit höhen- und tiefenverstellbarer 

Kopfstütze lieferbar. 

Sitzfläche 

Die Sitzfläche passt sich automatisch den Bewegungen des Benutzers an. 

Sitz mit temperaturausgleichendem PCM-Material (nicht bei Leder) und 

dauerelastischem Funktionsgewebe (nicht bei Leder). Ergonomisch ausgearbeitete 

Sitzfläche. Optional mit Sitzverlängerung, d. h. der vordere Sitzteil 

lässt sich in 4 Stufen verlängern bzw. verkürzen. Bei der Ausführung mit

Backrest 

The backrest is designed such that it offers supports the lumbar area, and 

provides good lateral sup-port. The backrest can be vertically adjusted 

throughout a range of 7 cm, in 8 increments, which moves the lumbar-support 

element to the desired position. As an option, the EL 100 is also available with 

a spine-support element featuring depth adjustment, in accordance with the 

internationally patented Schukra principle. The synthetic backrest can also 

be provided as an option with upholstery. A backrest is possible as option with 

woven mesh. A number of models can be outfitted with a headrest made of 

woven mesh. The woven mesh is available in black and silver.

Punktsynchron-Mechanik zur stufenlosen Verstellung des

Durch den punktsynchronen Bewegungsablauf entsteht kein Schiebeeffekt 

im Rücken (Hemdauszieh-Effekt). Der Lumbalbereich der Rückenlehne bleibt 

immer an der gleichen Stelle. Die Mechanik lässt sich auf Dauerfunktion stellen, 

d.h., dass sich der Stuhl automatisch den Bewegungen des Benutzers 

anpasst (dynamisches Sitzen). Die Rückenlehne kommt über die Senkrechte 

nach vorn heraus. Hiermit wird erreicht, dass die Rückenlehne auch bei manuellen 

Arbeiten am Schreibtisch den Rücken abstützt. Über eine mechanische 

Feder kann der Andruck der Rückenlehne individuell an das jeweilige Bedürfnis 

des Benutzers eingestellt werden. Durch die mechanische Feder wird erreicht, 

dass der Druck progressiv ansteigt, je weiter man sich nach hinten lehnt.

The point-synchronous adaptation to user’s movements eliminates the sliding 

effect on the user’s back (no „shirt-pulloff“ effect). The lumbar zone of the 

backrest always remains at the same point. The mechanical system can be set 

to continuous function: the chair automatically adjusts to the movements of 

the user (dynamic sitting). The backrest rotates forward past the vertical. 

This assures that the backrest also supports the back, even during manual 

work at a desk. A mechanical spring allows the user to adjust the pressure of 

the backrest to his or her own individual needs. This spring produces progressively 

increasing pressure, the farther back the user leans.

Reality edition 1: Durch den punktsynchronen Bewegungsablauf entsteht 

keine Schiebeeffekt im Rücken (Hemdauszieh-Effekt). Der Lumbalbereich der 

Rückenlehne bleibt immer an der gleichen Stelle. Die Mechanik läßt sich auf 

Dauerfunktion stellen, d. h. dass der Stuhl sich automatisch den Bewegungen 

des Benutzers anpaßt (dynamisches Sitzen). Die Rückenlehne kommt um 

4° über die Senkrechte nach vorn heraus. Hiermit wird erreicht, dass die 

Rückenlehne auch bei manuellen Arbeiten am Schreibtisch den Rücken abstützt. 

Über eine mechanische Feder kann der Andruck der Rückenlehne individuell 

auf das jeweilige Bedürfnis des Benutzers eingestellt werden. Durch 

die mechanische Feder wird erreicht, dass der Druck progressiv ansteigt, je 

weiter man sich nach hinten lehnt. 

Reality edtion 2: Die Mechanik ist so konzipiert, dass sie sich automatisch 

auf das Körpergewicht des Benutzers einstellt. Hierdurch wird erreicht, dass 

in keiner Sitzposition das Gefühl auftritt, dass der Benutzer aus dem Stuhl 

herausgedrückt wird, oder dass man nach hinten durchfällt. Auto-Control 

mit Sensibilitätseinstellung dient zur Feinjustierung und reguliert die Stärke 

des Bewegungsablaufes. Zusätzlich kann die Mechanik in jeder gewünschten 

Position arretiert werden. Somit kann ein Stuhl, der mit der Auto-Synchron- 

Mechanik ausgestattet ist, ohne eventuelle Ein- oder Umstellungen vorzunehmen 

von verschiedenen Personen genutzt werden. 

Rückenlehne 

Die hohe, höhenverstellbare Rückenlehne ist so ausgeformt, dass diese im

Allgemeine Hinweise zur Preisliste Bürostühle 4/2008 

Mit Erscheinen dieser Preisliste werden 

alle vorherigen Preislisten ungültig. 

Nicht mehr aufgeführte Modelle aus 

früheren Programmen sind nur auf Anfrage 

lieferbar. 

Aufträge – Bestätigungen – 

Lieferungen 

Alle eingehenden Aufträge können erst 

bearbeitet werden, wenn vollständige 

Angaben vorliegen. Die Bestätigungen 

werden gemäß unseren Lieferungs- und 

Zahlungsbedingungen vorgenommen. 

Auftragsänderungen 

Diese sind nur möglich, wenn die Änderung 

2 Wochen vor dem von uns angegebenen 

Liefertermin bekannt wird. 

Bestellte Sonderanfertigungen können 

nicht storniert oder geändert werden. 

Wird ein Vertrag einvernehmlich aufgehoben, 

so ist der Kunde verpflichtet, alle 

bisher entstandenen Aufwendungen zu 

ersetzen. 

Bezugsmaterialien 

Wir verarbeiten nur hochwertige Stoffe 

und Leder. Die Beschaffenheit und 

Qualitätsgüte ist in der Bezugsmaterialkollektion 

angegeben. Die angegebenen 

Bedarfsmengen pro Modell sind vom 

Dessin unserer Bezugsstoffe errechnet. 

Bei gestellten Materialien muß je nach 

Beschaffenheit (Muster oder Streifen) 

eine Rückfrage erfolgen. 

Geringe Farbabweichungen bei Bezugsmaterialien 

(Stoffe und Leder) sowie bei 

Naturholzoberflächen sind materialbedingt 

und berechtigen nicht zur Reklamation. 

Leder und Stoffe können nur bei 

den in der Preisliste genannten Modellen 

verarbeitet werden. Bei Lederbezügen 

ist auf Grund der Dehnfähigkeit eine 

natürliche Faltenbildung gegeben. Für 

beigestelltes Leder geben wir Ihnen auf 

Anfrage Zuschnittmaße bekannt, oder 

Sie erhalten Schablonen. Für beigestellte 

Bezugsmaterialien übernehmen wir keine 

Garantie oder Gewährleistung. 

Rollen und Gleiter 

Alle Stühle werden serienmäßig mit Rollen 

oder Gleitern für Teppichboden ausgestattet 

(nach DIN 68131). Bei Verwendung 

der Stühle auf Hartböden müssen 

bei Bestellung de r Stühle die Optionen 

GRW = Rollen weich oder GF = Gleiter Filz 

(s. Preisliste) mit angegeben werden. 

Unser Tip: Im Verkaufsgespräch unbedingt 

die Bodenbeschaffenheit mit 

abfragen. 

Für die Verwendung falscher Rollen oder 

Gleiter übernehmen wir keine Haftung. 

Im Zweifelsfall: „Fragen Sie uns”. 

Maße und Gewichte 

Bei den Angaben in dieser Liste sind 

geringe Abweichungen möglich. Irrtum 

vorbehalten. 

Gewährleistung 

Auf unsere Produkte gewähren wir eine 

Garantie von 5 Jahren bei durchschnittlicher 

Nutzung von 8 Stunden an 222 

Arbeitstagen pro Jahr. Bei mehrschichtiger 

Nutzung erfolgt eine entsprechende 

Kürzung der Garantiezeit. Sie 

beginnt mit der Auslieferung ab Werk 

(Original-Produktaufkleber unter dem 

Sitz). Wird der Produktaufkleber entfernt, 

erlischt die erweiterte Herstellergarantie. 

Ausgeschlossen sind Rollen 

und Gasfedern, die älter als 24 Monate 

sind sowie Schäden durch vom Kunden 

gewünschte Abweichungen von der Serienausführung. 

Weiterhin ausgeschlossen 

ist, der natürliche Verschleiß von 

Produktteilen wie Rollen, Bezugsstoffe, 

Gasfedern, etc.! 

Beanstandungen offensichtlicher Mängel 

sind sofort auf dem Lieferschein zu 

vermerken. Beanstandungen verborgener 

Mängel innerhalb von 7 Werktagen 

nach Eintreffen der Ware unter Angabe 

der AB-Nummer und des Lieferdatums 

anzuzeigen. Die Garantie umfaßt nicht 

den natürlichen Verschleiß. Schäden 

durch unsachgemäße Behandlung bzw. 

Eingriffe durch von uns nicht beauftrage 

Personen sind ebenfalls von der 

Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen. Für 

Ersatzteile bzw. Reparaturleistungen 

ist der Einsatz des mobilen SITAG-Kundendienstes 

in den ersten 12 Monaten 

kostenlos. Danach werden Frachtkosten 

bzw. eine Fahrtkostenpauschale berechnet 

und nach dem 24. Monat Lohnkosten 

Leichte Farbabweichungen und Differenzen 

in Holz- und Kunststoffoberflächen 

sind technisch bedingt und 

kein Qualitätsmangel.

von 3,- EUR pro Einheit berechnet. 

Besteht der Kunde auf eine besondere 

Verpackung oder Versandart, werden die 

Mehrkosten in Rechnung gestellt. 

Bei Versand von Einzelteilen werden pro 

50,– EUR Warenwert 5,– EUR anteilige 

Porto- und Verpackungskosten berechnet. 

Technische Änderungen 

Technische Änderungen aufgrund des 

technischen Fortschritts und Produktverbesserungen 

behalten wir uns vor. 

Eigentumsvorbehalt 

Unsere Lieferungen erfolgen bis zur 

vollen Bezahlung des Kaufpreises und

General terms of business for the Office Chair Price List 4/2008 

The publication of this price list renders 

all earlier price lists invalid. Models from 

earlier product lines that no longer appear 

in the new price list, will be available 

only on the basis of individual inquiry. 

Orders – confirmation – delivery 

Any order received by the company can 

be executed only after all required information 

has been provided. Confirmation 

of an order takes place in accordance 

with our Terms of Delivery and Payment. 

Changes to orders 

Changes to order are possible only if we 

receive information on such modifications 

no later than two (2) weeks before 

the delivery date announced by us. 

Special orders that have already been 

placed in contract cannot be cancelled 

or changed. If an order is cancelled by 

mutual agreement, the Customer shall 

be required to compensate for any expenses 

incurred until that point. 

Cover material 

We process only high-quality fabrics 

and leather for our cover material. The 

catalogues on our cover-material collection 

provide information on characteristics 

and quality class. The information 

supplied here on the quantity of material 

required per model has been calculated 

on the basis of the patterns of our 

cover materials. When materials are 

ordered, coordination must take place in 

accordance with the fabric characteristics: 

i.e., with respect to certain patterns, 

stripes, and the like. Slight colour 

deviations in cover materials (fabrics 

and leather), as well as in natural-wood 

surfaces, occur naturally in all such 

materials, and shall not justify complaints 

or rejects. Leather and fabrics 

can be processed only for the models 

provided in the price list. As a result 

of their stretchability, leather covers 

naturally demonstrate wrinkles. If the 

Customer wishes to provide his/her own 

leather for the covers, we furnish cutting 

measures upon request, or cutting 

patterns. We provide no guarantee or 

warranty for materials provided by the 

Customer to us. 

Castors and gliders 

All chairs are provided in their standard 

models with castors or gliders for carpets 

(in accordance with DIN 68131). If 

the chairs are intended for use on hard 

flooring, the Customer must indicate 

the options GRW (soft castors) or GF 

(felt gliders) for the chairs: please see 

these options in the price list. We highly 

recommend that the Customer indicate 

and clear up the type of flooring during 

the sales discussion. We cannot be held 

responsible for any damages that may 

occur after using the wrong types of 

castors or gliders. In case of any doubt, 

ask us and clear up this matter. 

Weights and measures 

Slight deviations are possible in the 

information provided in this list. Errors 

and omissions excepted. 

Guarantee 

We provide a guarantee of five (5) 

years for our products, on the basis of 

their average use of eight (8) hours a 

day, 222 working days per year. If the 

products are used for more than one 

shift per day, the term of guarantee 

shall be accordingly reduced. The term 

of guarantee begins ex works. The 

original product label is under the seat; 

if this product label is removed, the 

manufacturer’s extended guarantee is 

invalid. The guarantee does not cover 

the following: castors and gas springs 

that are older than 24 months, as well as 

damages arising from deviations from 

standard series models as requested 

by the Customer. N.B.: The guarantee 

likewise does not cover the natural 

wear and tear of product parts such as 

castors, cover material, gas springs, and 

the like. 

Any complaints of obvious shortcomings 

must be immediately noted on the bill of 

delivery. Complaints of concealed shortcomings 

must be reported within seven 

(7) days after delivery of the goods, with 

indication of the order-confirmation 

number (AB number) and the date of 

delivery. The guarantee does not include 

natural wear and tear. The guarantee 

likewise does not cover changes or damages 

to the products made by persons 

who are not authorized by us. During the 

first twelve (12) months, services provided 

by our Mobile SITAG After-Sales 

Service shall be free of charge for spare 

parts or repairs. After this period, the 

Customer shall pay the freight costs, 

or a lump-sum travel fee. After twenty-four 

(24) months labour costs must 

also be paid. Slight colour deviations and 

differences in wood and plastic surface 

characteristics are the natural results 

of technical processes, and do not represent 

quality deficiencies.

Customized products 

We can deliver customized products 

only after discussion and coordination 

with the Customer. We reserve the right 

to charge extra prices for customization, 

in accordance with the particular 

models. The customer shall not be authorized 

to cancel an order for customization. 

For the SM option: a one-time 

extra price per order of EUR 118.00 net. 

Recommended retail selling price. All prices exclude value-added tax (VAT). Only 

for commercial purposes. Please consult our Web site at www.sitag.de for our 

General Terms of Business. 

Delivery in Germany 

Delivery in Germany is free of charge per 

truck or freight-forwarding company, 

for delivery behind the first lockable 

door, and without the requirement for 

carrying. For additional carriage, free 

place of use, a fee shall apply of EUR 

3.00 per unit. If the customer requests 

special packing or a special mode of 

delivery, the additional expenses shall 

be invoiced. Dispatch of individual parts 

shall be invoiced at cost of EUR 5.00 per 

EUR 50.00 value of the part, to cover the 

costs of packing and forwarding. 

Technical modifications 

We reserve the right to make technical 

modifications without prior notice, on 

the basis of engineering progress and 

product improvements. 

Extended reservation of proprietary 

rights 

We reserve title to the goods delivered 

pending payment in full of the purchase 

price, and of payment of all debts owing 

to us, including interests and charges. 

Place of performance 

Place of performance for all deliveries or 

services arising from an order is Worms, 

Germany. UN law shall apply to export 

deliveries. 

Terms of delivery and payment

payment shall exclusively apply, as 

they are published on our Website at
