• Plasma cut, drill, and metal arc scribe steel
and stainless steel shapes per your drawing
or *.dxf files in quantities of 1 to 10,000.
• Rolled shapes and tanks.
• Robotic Welding of Fabricated Assemblies.
• Painting and refinishing in a state of the art 24 foot
wide by 20 foot high by 34 foot deep paint booth.
• Certified robotic welded pipe assemblies per ASME B31.1.
• Full service precision machine shop with 4 axis CNC mill,
CNC lathe, and a 29 inch OD by 20 foot long engine lathe.
• Control panel design and assembly.
• PLC programming, testing, and implementation.
• Process piping design, fabrication, and assembly.
• Machine repair, refurbish, and control system
replacement or upgrades.
• Complete machine fabrication, assembly, automation,
wiring, quality control checkout, and finishing.

department to achieve the
finished product or equipment
you desire:
• We can efficiently build
equipment from your
detailed drawings.
• Use your plans and detail all the components
and subassemblies for production.
• Provide the electrical and control portion
of the design process.
• Assume full design responsibilities using your concept.
We have engineers and designers who can fluently use
the following design systems: AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD
2000, Elipse SCADA, GE Fanuc Proficy Machine Edition, HELIX
2000, Rockwell Automation’s PicoSoft 6 Pro, RSLogix 500,
RSLogix 5000, and InView, Siemens Iconfig, and SolidWorks.
SIZE AND SCOPE:
We can build, wire, finish, paint, package, shrink wrap, and ship
an 18 foot tall by 12 foot wide by 40 foot long machine or single
module weighing up to 25 tons.
