Conclusion

INSTITUTIONAL DIVERSITY PLAN ASSESSMENTS

• Overall, KCTCS has made progress addressing student

enrollment.

• KCTCS must focus greater attention on diverse student

retention ti and graduation initiatives. iti • Workforce diversity must receive greater attention at all

levels.

• KCTCS must collaborate and share best practices in areas

where they have noted continued progress.

• Overall, the KCTCS has made steady progress in several

areas, but must still work diligently to increase diversity.
