• Red Star Macalline – Shanghai
During 2008~2009, Building & Facilities Department contracted with Red Star Macalline - Shanghai for providing construction
quality control service, the project located in Pudong Beicai district, total service covering area 240,000 m2, with underground
1 st floor ~5 th floor as shopping center, 6 th floor as group head office, project duration around 6 months.
• Italian Pavilion, 2010 Shanghai EXPO
During Dec. 2008~May. 2010, Building & Facilities Department was contracted by the commission of Italian Government to
provide for EXPO2010 Shanghai Italy National Pavilion several kinds of services, including project management for design,
procurement, construction and layout, also technical consultancy.
• French Pavilion, 2010 Shanghai EXPO
During Jan. 2008~Nov. 2010, Building & Facilities Department signed contract with the commission of French Government to
provide for EXPO2010 Shanghai French National Pavilion several kinds of services.
• Air Liquide China Plants
From 1999, BV has been providing equipment inspection, project & technical consultancy services for French AIR LIQUIDE
China. BV signed with French AIR LIQUIDE China framework agreement of project personnel to provide QHSE services in
2007 for its strategical projects in Bohai rim region, east and west China, and another framework agreement for the same
services in 2009 for its project in Wuxi, Yixin, Guangzhou, Tianjin, etc.
• Neusoft Group Shanghai Project
Oct. 2010, Building & Facilities Department signed contract with Neusoft Group to provide project management service for its
project in Shanghai Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park. This is the second time that BV cooperated with Neusoft after its
project in Tianjin. This project covers a building area of more than 39,000 sq.m., which includes R&D center, meeting room of
1,500 sq.m., office, equipment rooms, etc.
• Beijing French Embassy
Since Oct.2005, Building & Facilities Department has been co-operating with French Embassy in Beijing to provide
comprehensive services for the new embassy project, including acting as client’s representative, investment & cost analysis,
FFS technical consultancy, etc.
• China Mobile
In 2001, Building & Facilities Department signed with China mobile to provide project management for International
Information harbor project, which is located in Beijing, with a building area of 65,000 sq.m., mainly consists of data center,
communication mechanical room and laboratories.

• Tianjin Airbus A320 Final Assemble Line
Building & Facilities Department cooperated with Tianjin Airport Development Zone to establish project management
Committee for providing comprehensive management services towards Airbus A320 Series China Final Assembly Factory
Project,.Project duration 4 years, total 18 new buildings covers 88,680.7sq.m. with building area 119,138sq.m..
• IHG
Bureau Veritas provides “one-stop shopping” FLS consulting services, which can help hotels with fire risk reduction and
prevention during both construction and operation phases. So far 15 IHG hotels in China have chosen BV as their FLS
consultant.
• Wenchuan Emergency Recovery Loan Project
Since 2008 Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan, China, Building & Facilities Department signed contract with Sichuan & Gansu
Governments to provide project management consultancy services for WORLD BANK Wenchuan Emergency Recovery Loan
Project, including consultancies for many general hospitals, health centers, maternal and child health institutions, etc.
