2015 FITNESS CHALLENGE THE BIGGEST MOVER

It’s time to move it, move it and we are here to help. Explore all the group fitness classes that your

membership offers and possibly win some prizes along the way.

The Challenge: Attend 15 classes in 8 weeks for a chance to win a prize.

Group Fitness classes will keep you motivated and getting results. You’ll find a wide variety of classes

so you’re sure to find a class that fits your goals. You only need to average 2 classes per week to be

eligible for a prize, but every class you attend gets you closer to your goals and entered to win the

weekly prize.

THE WAY IT WORKS

STEP ONE

Register online – Register Today. Challenge starts on January 12, 2015.

STEP TWO

Attend group fitness classes

STEP THREE

Track your attendance by submitting a participation form online.

STEP FOUR

Every class you attend = one entry towards the weekly prizes.

STEP FIVE

Every 15 classes you attend in an 8 week period = one entry towards The Biggest Mover prize.

group participants enjoy themselves more and the time goes by quickly. In turn, exercise intensity and adherence is much higher for "groupies" because there's an

element of fun, energy and motivation built in.

yoga, Pilates and tai chi with athletic training for balance, mobility,
