Prestige 964 Cable Router 3.3.6 Web Management – Advanced: Port Triggers This “Port Triggers” function allows configuration of dynamic triggers to specific devices on the LAN. This allows for special applications that require specific port numbers with bi-directional traffic to function properly. Applications such as video conferencing, voice, gaming, and some messaging program features may require these special settings. Prestige 964 Cable Router Chapter 4 Static IP Mode Configuration This chapter covers the configuration to the Static IP Mode of Prestige. There are four types of configuration in static IP mode. Table 4-1 Configuration types of Static IP Mode CONFIGURATION Basic Static IP Static IP with Public DHCP Static IP with NAT only Static IP with NAT and Private DHCP DESCRIPTION Customer is assigned a static public IP network using Zyxel cable router. Customer is assigned a static public IP network using Zyxel cable router. The customers’ public IPs, or a portion, are set for DHCP delivery to customer devices. Customer is assigned a static public IP network using an Zyxel cable router. The router is also configured to NAT Private IP addresses using a single IP. Customer is assigned a static public IP network using an Zyxel cable router. A /24 private IP network is created for the customer.
