Welcome to PIBT Kerry O. Cox Vice-Chancellor Message from ECU’s Vice-Chancellor I congratulate you on your decision to enrol at PIBT. For more than a decade, Edith Cowan University (ECU) has worked with PIBT to provide university pathways for both Australian and international students. Perth is one of the most beautiful and friendly cities of the world. Each year ECU is pleased to include some 4,000 students from more than 90 countries as part of our student ranks which total more than 20,000. ECU was established under an Act of the Parliament of Western Australia in 1991, emerging from well-regarded parent institutions dating as far back as 1902. The University is deeply committed to teaching and research, inspired by engagement and partnerships with the diverse stakeholders who support the University in various ways. We offer a wide range of courses, delivered by first-class teachers, and underpinned by top research. Much of our academic work is aimed at social and economic relevance to the communities we serve.
