salt spreaders which can help keep your paths, car parks and small roadways free of snow and ice. This helps<br />
prevent 'slip & trip' accidents and therefore injury to and potential litigation by users or your site.<br />
These units are designed as salt spreaders (as opposed to modified fertiliser spreaders offered by some other<br />
companies) and are also capable of spreading almost any granular material. (The unique Epoke metering<br />
system forces salt out through an adjustable spring loaded rubber base to give a uniform spread. The agitator<br />
shaft and cam roller break up lumps and keep the material free flowing to enable it to give a consistent spread<br />
even with wet, lumpy salt).<br />
The salt is dropped from across the width of the spreader so salt is spread directly where required and is not<br />
thrown against the side of cars or over landscaped areas etc. (as in the case of spinner spreaders) thus reducing<br />
potential damage to property and the environment.<br />
These units are robustly constructed, given a rigorous anti corrosion paint treatment and are simple to<br />
maintain so it is not uncommon for us to provide spares for units that are over 15 years old.<br />
