The SMGVC will be held in the Sevierville Event Center,<br />

state of the art, 240,000 sq ft event center will be<br />

Entry Deadline<br />
Deadline for entries is November 7, 2012. Teams are taken on<br />
a first come first served basis. Reserve your spot with a nonrefundable<br />
$200 deposit ASAP. No gymnast or teams will be<br />
entered until entry fees are paid.<br />
Awards<br />
Award are custom medals to 50%. Team awards are 3 scores<br />
counting for team for each session. Every team receives team<br />
award banner suitable for hanging in your facility.<br />
Coaches and Judges Hospitality<br />
Saturday night, coaches and judges will be treated to the<br />
CRAZY FUN SMGVC HOSPITALITY EVENT in the Wilderness at<br />
the Smokies Waterpark from 10:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Use the hot<br />
tub, ride the “Smokies Surf Rider” and enjoy the company,<br />
food and drink.<br />
Gymnasts Gift<br />
Every gymnast receive a commemorative beach towel for participating<br />
in the Smoky Mountain Gymnastics Vacation Classic.<br />
Refund Policy<br />
Deadline for refunds and level changes is January 2, 2013.<br />
Credits for next years meet will be given for injuries only with<br />
a written doctor’s after that date.<br />

AAU Athletes and Coaches for AAU Sessions<br />
This event is sanctioned by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U. S., Inc.<br />
All participants must have a current AAU membership.<br />
AAU membership may not be included as part of the entry fee to the event.<br />
AAU membership must be obtained before the competition begins except where the<br />
event operator has a laptop available with an internet connect. Participants are encouraged<br />
to visit the AAU web site www.aausports.org to obtain their membership.<br />
