5. CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
- If an Exhibitor cancels after 1 st December 2012, there will be no refund.
- If EECA for any reason has to cancel the event, the Exhibitor will be refunded what he has paid. No
compensation will be paid to the Exhibitor.
6. STAND DETAILS:
- Exhibitors are obliged to fill out Annex C – on the Exhibitor regarding his industrial activity the Industry
Sector, Company type, Company Size , etc…….
7. TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
- Rental Fees are due to Egypt Expo & Convention Authority (hereinafter "EECA") in accordance with the
Payment Schedule above in Table A.
- The contract accepted by EECA, becomes binding and enforceable provided that the exhibitor carries out
25% of total rental fees in favor of "EECA”
- The record in the exhibition catalog is made automatically after the exhibitor pays the full rental fees in
favor of "EECA "
8. SIGNATURE:
- This document, when signed by the above-named Exhibitor, and subject to subsequent written acceptance
by EECA after which it shall come into force, shall constitute a valid and legally binding Contract between
the Exhibitor and EECA.
- The Exhibitor represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding Contract on
behalf of the Exhibitor listed above.
- The Exhibitor, by signature of its duly authorized representative below, confirms acceptance, without
reservation, of the terms and conditions of this Contract as specified herein and also declares having read
and understood the attached terms and conditions of the General Regulations for the Event and its
Annexes, which shall form an integral part of this Contract, and agrees to be bound by them.

GENERAL REGULATION
EVENT ORGANIZATION
1. Organizers:

The Islamic Centre for Development of Trade (ICDT) - Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC)
2. Location and Dates:
20-23 December 2012, Cairo - Arab Republic of Egypt
3. Nature of the Exhibition:
The Exhibition is open to all establishments and companies of OIC Member States working in Tourism Sector
in addition to all Islamic communities in non OIC Member States
Private and public companies are welcome to participate in the event to display their products and services.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
4. Contract:
Applicants (hereinafter "Applicants") wishing to exhibit at the Event and whether applying as a Pavilion
Coordinator or otherwise, must duly complete the Exhibitor Contract (hereinafter "Contract") which shall be
legally valid and binding on EECA and the Applicant subject to both valid signature by the latter and written
acceptance by EECA; such written acceptance by EECA shall constitute the conclusion of a legally binding
contract between the Applicant and EECA, whereupon Contract shall come into force and the Applicant shall
be deemed and referred to as an Exhibitor (hereinafter "Exhibitor").
EECA reserves the right to refuse any application and its decision shall be final.
In the Case of EECA refusing any application, any and all payment(s) made to EECA prior to rejection of
application will be refunded to the Applicant.
5. Rental Space:
The Venue is divided into different rental areas with different prices.
Rental Space shall mean the total gross space, and all other provisions of the Rental Space Option as defined in
Annex B, allocated to the Exhibitor by EECA at the Event under the terms of the Contract.
EECA has the sole and exclusive authority to allocate and sell Rental Space and reserves the right to modify
and/or relocate the layout of Rental Space including, but not limited to, positioning of aisles, corridors, etc.
6. Exhibitor:
Only the Exhibitor duly identified in the Contract is entitled to promote his products and services in its Rental
Space. Rental Space duly allocated by EECA to an Exhibitor may not be sublet, transferred or assigned by an

Exhibitor. Concerning Customs and import rules it is the sole responsibility of each Exhibitor to apply all rules
and laws.
There is a limited customs area in the Exhibitions Ground in Nasr City to undertake customs measures for
exhibits coming for display from abroad and to be re-exported. If the exhibits are not treated either by selling
or distribution, they must be re-exported within 6 months after event termination.
Exhibits coming from Free Zones in Egypt – the Exhibitor must offer an application to EECA’s Commercial
Department to get approval of Investment & Free Zones Authority to transport exhibits to fair ground and pay
1% of exhibits value to EECA. See Annex D - Customs, Monetary, import regulations and facilities for foreign
exhibits on Exhibition Ground at Nasr City. Contact EECA for further information.
7. Cancellation/Change:
Rental Space:
As soon as the Contract comes into force, an Exhibitor is required to pay the total amount of the applicable
Rental Fees for the Rental Space according to the applicable payment schedule. However, if EECA receives
from the Exhibitor a written notification either of cancellation of the Contract, or reduction of the Rental Space
and/or change to a Rental Space option resulting in a reduction in the total value of the Rental Fee, EECA shall
be entitled to a compensatory payment from the Exhibitor as follows:
If the written notification is received by EECA before 1 st December 2012.
8. Egyptian Visa Regulations:
Concerning the required procedures to get the visa of Egypt, the participants are kindly requested to contact
the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt Republic in their countries.
The participants must transmit to EECA a copy of their passports (number, date of issue and date of
expiration) and the category of the passport (normal or diplomatic) in order to facilitate to participants the
delivery of the Egyptian visa.
