Unfair Penalization: Tests may penalize<br />
groups <strong>of</strong> students for their lack <strong>of</strong> knowledge,<br />
or experience with situations, examples, or<br />
language.<br />
Offensiveness: Content, such as situations,<br />
examples, or language may be <strong>of</strong>fensive to<br />
certain groups <strong>of</strong> people
