Do you work with children & young people

Put workforce development on your agenda

If you work with children and

young people in a voluntary,

community or faith

organisation you are an

integral part of the children's

workforce.

Third sector organisations

have a major role to play in

working to improve the lives of

children and young people.

We know that any organisation

is only as good as the people

who work for it. Having a well

trained, supported and

motivated workforce is central

to ensuring good quality

services for children and their

families.

That's why the Children's

Workforce Development

Council is here. We can help

you make sure that when you

work with children and young

people you have access to the

best possible training,

qualifications, support and

advice.

We're also here to help

children's and young people's

organisations and services to

work together more closely so

that children and young people

are at the heart of what they

do.

Our work supports over

500,000 people working with

children, young people,

families and carers in England

and around 250,000

volunteers.

Our website tells you more

about our projects and

activities to make this happen.
