Mr. Barry Lovelace<br />

Mr. Lovelace is involved in<br />

environmental Research <strong>and</strong><br />

He is a lecturer <strong>and</strong> mentor <strong>and</strong> advisor to<br />

Community-Based Organizations such as<br />

SEMPR <strong>and</strong> AFEEPO. Mr Lovelace holds a<br />

MSc. in Natural Resource Management from<br />

the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill,<br />

Barbados <strong>and</strong> a BSc in Biology from<br />

Andrews University Michigan USA<br />

Ms. C<strong>and</strong>ace Amoroso<br />

Ms. C<strong>and</strong>ace Amoroso is<br />

currently an Environmental<br />

Policy Analyst at the<br />

Environmental Policy <strong>and</strong><br />

Planning Division of the<br />

Ministry of Housing <strong>and</strong> the Environment.<br />

Ms. Amoroso has a great interest in Education<br />

<strong>and</strong> Awareness, as such; she was previously<br />

employed in the Education <strong>and</strong> Public<br />

Awareness Unit of the Environmental<br />

Management Authority (EMA), <strong>and</strong> was a<br />

Biology Teacher. Ms. Amoroso possesses an<br />

MSc in Science for the Management of<br />

Tropical Ecosystems from the University of<br />

the West Indies, St. Augustine, <strong>Trinidad</strong> <strong>and</strong> a<br />

BSc. in Biology from Andrews University,<br />

Michigan, USA.<br />

Ms. Diann Cooper Mark<br />

Ms. Cooper Mark is<br />

currently involved in Project<br />

Management in the Policy<br />

<strong>Programme</strong>, Planning <strong>and</strong><br />

Development Division in the<br />

Ministry of People <strong>and</strong><br />

Social Development, prior to this Ms. Cooper<br />

Mark was Senior Project Officer at this<br />

Ministry where she also worked with the<br />

<strong>UNDP</strong> managing the Micro-Enterprise Loan<br />

<strong>Programme</strong>; Ms. Cooper Mark is also<br />

involved in the development of the Ministry’s<br />

5 year Strategic Plan; Prison Officer, Prison<br />

Services Division, Ministry of National<br />

Security. Ms. Cooper Mark holds a MBA in<br />

Project Management, Henley Management<br />

College, UK <strong>and</strong> a BSc. Management Studies,<br />

University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.<br />
