Ms.Richards has contributed to “Creating

business with the poor”, Chair of Trinidad

Mirror Committee. Ms. Richards currently

Mr Belgrove holds a MBA - Anglia Ruskin

Women’s Affairs and Cross-Cultural and
Cross – Border Training in Asia, Ministry of
Trade & Industry.
Mr. Edo Stork
The Deputy Resident
Representative of the UNDP
Trinidad and Tobago Office
has also worked at UNDP,
New York Headquarters in
organizational development and analysis, as
regional project manager for a
UNDP/UNOPS project for 14 countries in the
Pacific as well as programme officer for the
UNDP Fiji Multi Country Office. Mr. Stork’s
main area of expertise is Information
Communication Technologies (ICTs) for
Development including the topics of Access
to Information, Knowledge Management, e-
Government, and e-Governance. Mr. Strok
holds a Masters degree in Computing Science
from the Free University Amsterdam.
Dr. Michelle Mycoo
Dr. Mycoo is presently
a Senior Lecturer at
UWI. She has been a
private consultant on
many international,
regional and local
projects; as well as a
land use planning
consultant, town planner, and a member
of many specialized centres and research
networks. Dr Mycoo holds a Ph.D. Mc
Gill University School of Urban
Planning, Montreal Canada; MSc. Urban
Planning, University of Hong Kong;
B.A. Geography and Social Sciences,
UWI, Mona, Jamaica.
Mr. Carrall Alexander
Geologist and
environmentalist, Mr.
Alexander’s career spans
Consultancy in Geology and
Environmental matters; Senior
Geologist Ministry of Energy
and Energy Industries
(1973- 2001); a part time Lecturer of Geology
to Agricultural as well as Civil Engineering
students at UWI. Past Chairman and
Treasurer of Council of the Presidents of the
Environment (COPE), Past President and
Vice President of Trinidad and Tobago Field
Naturalists Club, Past Member of the
Geological Society of Trinidad and Tobago
(GSTT) and of the Caribbean Forest
Conservation Association
(CFCA), member and Past Board Member of
Caribbean Conservation Association (CCA)

Mr. Barry Lovelace
Mr. Lovelace is involved in
environmental Research and
is also the Programme
Coordinator at the Bucco
Reef Trust since 2002.
He is a lecturer and mentor and advisor to
Community-Based Organizations such as
SEMPR and AFEEPO. Mr Lovelace holds a
MSc. in Natural Resource Management from
the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill,
Barbados and a BSc in Biology from
Andrews University Michigan USA
Ms. Candace Amoroso
Ms. Candace Amoroso is
currently an Environmental
Policy Analyst at the
Environmental Policy and
Planning Division of the
Ministry of Housing and the Environment.
Ms. Amoroso has a great interest in Education
and Awareness, as such; she was previously
employed in the Education and Public
Awareness Unit of the Environmental
Management Authority (EMA), and was a
Biology Teacher. Ms. Amoroso possesses an
MSc in Science for the Management of
Tropical Ecosystems from the University of
the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad and a
BSc. in Biology from Andrews University,
Michigan, USA.
Ms. Diann Cooper Mark
Ms. Cooper Mark is
currently involved in Project
Management in the Policy
Programme, Planning and
Development Division in the
Ministry of People and
Social Development, prior to this Ms. Cooper
Mark was Senior Project Officer at this
Ministry where she also worked with the
UNDP managing the Micro-Enterprise Loan
Programme; Ms. Cooper Mark is also
involved in the development of the Ministry’s
5 year Strategic Plan; Prison Officer, Prison
Services Division, Ministry of National
Security. Ms. Cooper Mark holds a MBA in
Project Management, Henley Management
College, UK and a BSc. Management Studies,
University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.
