7. PROJECT PROCEDURES
7.1 PLANNING & SCHEDULING
The Establishment is using the primavera system for Scheduling planning
and monitoring for all our projects and the procedure will be as follows:-
7.1.1 An over all detail schedule will be done showing the zones
(location) description of activity, date of early start finish: actual
start actual finish manpower required for every activities material
approval duration, duration of material supplying, the approval
of drawing for that activity and the amount of retention for every
activity. In a way than an estimated curve can be plotted with a
cash flow.
7.1.2 The monitoring will be on a monthly progress report. Showing
the percentage of every activities had been done in plus or minus
and the total percentage of activities finish at the end of each
month and a plot of bar will be shown as follows:-
* BAR as Schedule
* BAR as Progress
* BAR as Critical activities
and (S) curve will be plotted, the current curve(Progress curved ) with the
estimated curve and it will show the situation of the project.
7.2 SAFETY PLAN
The Establishment considers safety is the first and most important in the
scope of construction that is why procedure of safety is a part of training
program for our main power and senior staff on a monthly basis and to
control the safety, at site the following procedures has to be followed.
7.2.1 A Safety engineer will be provided at site with assistants to check
all the field of construction and to issue thee safety requirements for
all type of work as required.
7.2.2 Safety shoes and helmets will be provided for all workers and will
be charged on the worker who will not implement the requirement
of safety.
7.2.3 Safety warning sign will be provided all over the site with all flags
warning tape warning lights and warning traffic cones etc.
