Classes are grouped into 3 categories:<br />
These classes are set to music and help to promote fat<br />
Aerobic<br />
burning, improve flexibility and strengthen the body’s<br />
cardiovascular system. Some classes are dance based; use<br />
a step or even a bike to help you burn even more calories.<br />
These classes are suitable for anyone aged 14yrs+<br />
Plus we don’t tie our customers into a contract.<br />

Body<br />
Calm<br />
Conditioning classes are primarily aimed at improving<br />
strength and muscle tone as well as providing<br />
cardiovascular benefits. Classes may include the use of<br />
resistance equipment and weights.<br />
Develop your body and mind with a Calming class. These<br />
classes help improve flexibility through stretching, balance,<br />
posture and breathing. They can also help relieve stress<br />
through the use of meditation techniques.<br />

Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance either<br />
online or by phone: www.activecentres.org/bookings<br />
using your <strong>Active</strong> Card or call 0300 333 0300.<br />
Please make every effort to be on time for the class.<br />
If a booking needs to be cancelled please try to give a<br />
minimum of 24 hours notice. If a class is not cancelled<br />
(no show) for 3 times or more in any 3 month period,<br />
the member may lose their advance booking rights for a<br />
period of one month. This will be monitored by Fitness<br />
Managers regularly.<br />
