INTRODUCING OUR SELECTION Of AUSTRALIA’S

LEADING BOARDING

SCHOOLS

Kincoppal-Rose Bay School, Sydney

The Southport School, Gold Coast

OUR SCHOOLS ARE LOCATED IN SAfE

THE SCHOOLS selected under the ABSI banner all have the same aim which is to ensure

your child is offered the best of eduation in Australia. A strict criteria needed to be met to be

selected as part of the ABSI group. Each school needed to be highly-regarded, have strong

reputations and long and proud traditions. As single-sex schools these schools understand

how girls and boys learn differently and have the expertise to deliver a curriculum especially

created to meet the needs of those differences. Our schools also undersatnd the importance for

social interaction and meet this need through either their affiliation as brother/sister schools or a

cooperative school arrangement. This means wonderful opportunities are created for students to

be offered the ‘best of both worlds’. All have proven academic performance and operate within

the Australian Qualifications Curriculum standards with some of our schools additionally offering

the International Baccalaureate (IB). These schools are specialists in caring for children as they

are not only day schools but have a history of caring for boarding students. Facilities - first class!

Performing Arts - Yes! Leaders in Science and Technology - Yes! Sporting strength - unrivalled!

LOCATIONS ACROSS

AUSTRALIA

AUSTRALIA it is said, is the land of opportunity - it is also known as the ‘lucky’ Country!

Our selection of schools are all situated in stunning and desirable locations across this lucky

country. They each offer a safe living and study environment. ABSI will work with you to help you

fully understand each location as you seek a destination and a school for your child. AUSTRALIA

offers a high-quality and dynamic school education system which provides students with foundation

skills, values, knowledge and understanding necessary for lifelong learning, employment and

full participation in society. Each of our schools follow a government-endorsed certificate that is

recognised by all Australian universities and vocational education and training institutions. This

Senior Secondary Certificate of Education is also recognised by many international universities. A

few of our schools additionally offer the International Baccalaureate. All these independent schools

- offer much more than the base core curriculum. Enrolling into one of these ABSI featured schools

additionally entitles your child to join ABSI supervised school holiday student excursions to see

other destinations in Australia. ABSI or your Agent will explain this option to you.
