My name is Jake Sorensen. I am a professional<br />
photographer/filmmaker based out of <strong>Heber</strong> <strong>City</strong>, Utah. As a<br />
photographer, I provide on-location<br />
photography/videography and studio portrait sessions<br />
to the Salt Lake <strong>City</strong> Valley and surrounding areas:<br />
Park <strong>City</strong>, <strong>Heber</strong> <strong>City</strong>, Provo, Orem, Kamas, Oakley,<br />
Deer Valley, Midway, Promontory, Deer Crest, and<br />
most of Northern Utah. I received a degree in Film<br />
and Media Arts from BYU and continue pursuing<br />
filmmaking as a film producer.<br />
My love for photography is partially what led me<br />
into the film industry. The only real difference<br />
between cinematography and photography is that<br />
one camera takes twenty-four pictures every second.<br />
Film producing is my primary career however I continue<br />
feeding my passion for professional photography through<br />
my company Perfect Pictures <strong>Photography</strong>. I love the<br />
challenge of telling a story or finding a child’s personality<br />
through a single image. Being a professional Utah<br />
photographer, I shoot everything from weddings to<br />
wildlife but my true passion lies with candid children’s<br />
photography and capturing their unique identities.<br />
I work with each client to discover their desired style of
photography. Unlike many photographers, I will provide you with a High-resolution digital<br />
copy of all the final images at no extra charge.<br />
Most of my work is done on-location making it convenient for you. I will work with your<br />
location or I can recommend somewhere nearby. If desired, I also have a home photography<br />
studio in <strong>Heber</strong> <strong>City</strong>, Utah for in-studio shoots.<br />
