• 90ml Fresh Milk (Ideally Full Fat Milk)

• 25ml Lavazza A Modo Mio espresso

• dusting of Chocolate Powder

MeTHOd

1. Use the Lavazza A Modo Mio to extract an espresso

into a cappuccino cup.

2. Pour fresh milk into the Lattemento to the lower MAX

marker.

3. Attach the frothed milk attachment and touch the

button once to activate hot milk frothing.

4. In around 90-120 seconds, the Lattemento produces

hot frothed milk with fine dense bubbles.

5. Pour the milk into the centre of the espresso in the cup

so there is a slight dome shape on top of the coffee.

6. Then, for the finishing barista touch, dust lightly with

chocolate powder.

into a Latte glass.

2. Pour fresh milk into the Lattemento to the lower MAX

marker.

3. Attach the frothed milk attachment and a touch the

button once to activate hot milk frothing.

4. In around 90-120 seconds, the Lattemento produces

hot frothed milk with fine dense bubbles.

5. Pour the milk into the centre of the espresso in the glass

so until a 1cm head of froth forms on top of the coffee.

1. Using the Lavazza A Modo Mio, extract your espresso into

a Macchiato glass.

2. Pour fresh milk into the Lattemento to the lower MAX marker.

3. Attach the frothed milk attachment and a touch the

button once to activate hot milk frothing.

4. In around 90-120 seconds, the Lattemento produces

hot frothed milk with fine dense bubbles.

5. Using a teaspoon, carefully drop four or five spoonfuls of

froth from the Lattemento into the centre of the espresso.

6. The milk should separate from the froth to form a layer

in the espresso.

Lavazza A Modo Mio espresso

• 3 Teaspoons of sugar

• dusting of Chocolate Powder

MeTHOd

1. Place all ingredients into the Lattemento pitcher.

2. With the frothing attachment in place, hold the button

down to activate cool milk frothing.

3. When complete pour the mixture into a chilled long

glass fill with ice cubes.

4. dust with cocoa powder and serve.
