Everyone <strong>is</strong> different, and everyone has th<strong>in</strong>gs they<br />

don’t like about themselves, even celebrities!<br />

I’m moody and irritable<br />

and can’t be bothered to do<br />

anyth<strong>in</strong>g. Sometimes I feel so<br />

fed up I feel like cry<strong>in</strong>g.<br />

We all feel low from time to time. You could try<br />

l<strong>is</strong>ten<strong>in</strong>g to your favourite music, go<strong>in</strong>g for a walk<br />

or writ<strong>in</strong>g down how you feel on paper.<br />

I just used to let everyth<strong>in</strong>g<br />

build up until I lost my temper<br />

and hurt people close to me,<br />

I’d punch walls or go out and<br />

get <strong>in</strong>to trouble.<br />

Take control of your anger by tak<strong>in</strong>g a deep breath<br />

and th<strong>in</strong>k<strong>in</strong>g for a moment before you act.<br />

Sometimes I get a funny<br />

feel<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> my stomach and I<br />

don’t know what it <strong>is</strong>. I know<br />

I am not unwell... I just don’t<br />

feel right.<br />

If we break down our worries and tackle them one<br />

at a time, they may not seem quite so scary.<br />

When my parents divorced,<br />

I didn’t know what was<br />

happen<strong>in</strong>g and felt like I was<br />

the only one go<strong>in</strong>g through it.<br />

I thought it was my fault.<br />

You’re not to blame and you’re not alone. Some of<br />

your friends may be go<strong>in</strong>g through the same th<strong>in</strong>g.<br />

it and help you block onl<strong>in</strong>e bullies.
