Bonnie Brindle’s award winning batter is now a mix. This incredible<br />
mix is being brought back to you along with Wild Alaskan Seafood.<br />
Bonnie’s Best Bet Batter has a history all its own. I grew up<br />
in the Pacific Northwest and have lived on Camano Island since I<br />
was young. I was very fortunate to partner with my husband Don<br />
Brindle, a seafood industry expert, and together we took our passion<br />
for seafood and opened Brindles Marketplace on Camano Island.<br />

It took 13 special spices, several years, and a lot of taste testing to<br />
develop a batter that brings out the best in any seafood. In fact the<br />
batter brings out the best in many foods. But the goal was to make<br />
