Lagan Valley Island is an award-winning, purpose built conference and banqueting 

venue that can accommodate from 4 to 400 delegates. Located on the banks of the 

River Lagan in the heart of the City of Lisburn, this prestigious landmark is also home 

to Lisburn City Council, the Island Arts Centre and Lighters Restaurant. 

The Island Hall is the largest and most versatile facility and can be arranged in a variety 

of configurations. Featuring removable seating, the hall can accommodate conferences, 

product launches, concerts, theatre and television productions for up to 400 people, 

banquets and receptions for up to 250 people and exhibition space for fairs and business

Rockmount Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course situated 

8 miles south of Belfast City centre. 

The conference room can be hired for full or half days.

stone church building. Set in peaceful 

surroundings, it is situated approximately 3 

miles from the City of Lisburn, on the B104 

Ballinderry Road. Brookhall has underfloor

The Avenue 

Brook Activity Centre 

The Avenue coffee house and business venue is a 

branch of Stepping Stones supporting young 

adults with learning disabilities. The Avenue has 

an air-conditioned conference room that can 

accommodate up to 25 delegates theatre and 

boardroom style with all the latest technology 

including Power Point, a wall mounted screen and 

dvd/video player. 

We can provide an extensive corporate menu all 

freshly prepared on the premises. Both the 

coffee house and business venue are open from 

8am to facilitate breakfast meetings. Make a 

booking and support a business which makes a 

difference to the lives of people with learning 

disabilities.

restaurant in the small picturesque village of Moira. 

It is easily accessible from Belfast, Armagh, Lisburn

by 17ft sq room perfect for conference or lecture style 

presentations. It has an ensuite bathroom and kitchen. 

The other room is in the self-catering cottage which can be 

rented by groups as a unit if the meetings stretch over a 

period of days. These rooms can be used in conjunction 

with each other.
