Quick solution for heating of industrial halls<br />
For more than 50 years air treatment units of series <strong>GEA</strong> <strong>MultiMAXX</strong> ® have<br />
been successfully used on industrial premises and due to their reliability meet<br />
all customer requirements. High flexibility and personalized adjustment to<br />
customer wishes constitute the most important advantages of<br />
<strong>GEA</strong> <strong>MultiMAXX</strong> ® air treatment units. Irrespective of functional requirements<br />
like heating or cooling, circulating air or mixed air operation mode - with the<br />
<strong>GEA</strong> <strong>MultiMAXX</strong> ® you are always making the right choice.<br />
Together with the present catalogue we are presenting a part of our programme<br />
that will to the largest extent cover your requirements in most <strong>com</strong>mon<br />
applications.<br />
For classical heating of industrial halls we are offering the <strong>GEA</strong> <strong>MultiMAXX</strong> ®<br />
<strong>PROMPT</strong> designed for operating voltage of 400V ~ with installed fan switch.<br />
<strong>PROMPT</strong> means easy selection and quick availabilty and at the same time<br />
ensuring high quality.<br />
Please select the basic unit and with it the basic discharge for wall suspension,<br />
profile discharge (wall or ceiling installation) or double side discharge (ceiling<br />
suspension) as well as our suspension of type Compact C. We are also offering<br />
a suitable 2-speed switch unit MC302, room thermostat or an industrial<br />
facitilty thermostat as well as an intermediate terminal box for operating several<br />
units.<br />
Select the right <strong>GEA</strong> <strong>MultiMAXX</strong> ® <strong>PROMPT</strong> depending on the temperature<br />
requirements and after that use the relevant sales/order number to place your<br />

Unit Description<br />
Wide blade fan<br />
Axial fan with external rotor motor for normal pressure and sound requirements<br />
as well as basket with ingrated contact protection grille according to<br />
DIN EN 294. Alumunium wide blades, balanced at factory, maintenance free<br />
with humidity protected motor wired on terminal box.<br />
Protection type IP 54, thermal class F, thermal contact and fan switch.<br />
Flow nozzle is performed as short nozzle.<br />

Cu/Al – heat exchanger (HE)<br />
Heat exchanger for heating with warm water pump and suitable for air with low<br />
dirt content. Made of copper pipes with moulded aluminium fins,<br />

Profile discharge (wall or ceiling installation)<br />
The profile discharge made of galvanized aluminium air deflection louvres is<br />
designed for increasing air throw. In such a way the unit can be easily installed<br />
at average mounting heights.<br />
The profile discharge can be manually adjusted, is self locking and variable for<br />
ceiling and wall installation.<br />
Wall basic discharge<br />
With wall basic discharge galvanized steel sheet fins make it possible to deflect<br />
conditioned air at the needed discharge angle.<br />
Each fin of the basic discharge can be adjusted manually and is self locking.<br />
Basic discharge two sides<br />
Discharge device for low installation heights. Galvanized steel sheet fins make<br />
it possible to deflect conditioned air at two needed discharge angles.<br />
