This example represents a Series <strong>90</strong>-<strong>30</strong> <strong>PLC</strong> Model 331 rack.<br />

The current module on a Series <strong>90</strong> I/O Configuration rack screen is highlighted in<br />

reverse video. Upon entering the rack screen, the Power Supply module is shown in<br />

reverse video. Use the left or right cursor keys to move from module to module. Use<br />

the up and down cursor keys to move between racks in descending or ascending order,<br />

respectively.<br />

The rack screen presents an overview perspective of one Series <strong>90</strong> <strong>PLC</strong> rack. To add a<br />

PCM, press Other (F8) and then PCM (F1). To display the current configuration of the<br />

module in a slot, press Zoom (F10).<br />

CONFIG VALID is displayed in the lower right corner of each display screen after the<br />

configuration is successfully validated. When CONFIG INVALID is indicated, the<br />

configuration may not be stored to the <strong>PLC</strong>. A CONFIG INVALID status is most likely<br />

to occur when:<br />

A slot in a Series <strong>90</strong>-<strong>70</strong> rack to the left of a module that generates interrupts, such as<br />

the PCM, is vacant.<br />

<strong>In</strong>put reference addresses (%I and %AI) overlap.<br />

Bus Transmitter and/or Receiver Modules in a multi-rack Series <strong>90</strong>-<strong>70</strong> <strong>PLC</strong> are<br />

missing.<br />

A Series <strong>90</strong>-<strong>70</strong> Version A BTM module is not located to the right of all other modules.<br />
