1. Prepare a training database on job analysis, learning objectives and individual training<br />
needs.<br />
2. Develop a training schedule based upon priorities of training needs.<br />
3. Select the employees (trainers and trainees) <strong>for</strong> training on phased manner based<br />
upon training schedule.<br />
4. Make arrangements <strong>for</strong> resources needed <strong>for</strong> the training.<br />
5. Run the training programme.<br />
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness training.<br />
7. Make necessary changes based upon the evaluation.<br />
