This section demonstrates the commitment that S<strong>and</strong>yford has made <strong>to</strong> learning<br />
<strong>and</strong> education of its staff <strong>and</strong> in turn supports the staff governance st<strong>and</strong>ards of the<br />
health board. As S<strong>and</strong>yford is a large organisation it shows the length <strong>and</strong> breadth<br />
of training that is involved in training our workforce. Staff are continually<br />
encouraged through evaluation <strong>and</strong> programs such as survey monkey <strong>to</strong> improve<br />
on existing training <strong>and</strong> <strong>to</strong> identify other training that is required.<br />
