Dear Colleagues,<br />
We are honored to invite you to the 5 th International Congress in Aesthetic Dermatology, ICAD 2014, which will take place during<br />
January 23-25, 2014 in Bangkok, Thailand.<br />
The ICAD 2014 is the congress where physicians will have the opportunity to be introduced to the latest techniques, knowledge and updates<br />
in aesthetic dermatology by offering high standard lectures and courses in these specialties. We have prepared a scientific program combining<br />
hot topics with timely reviews presented by internationally reputed speakers, offering points of view from different continents.<br />
Our ambition is to propose the participants a highly practical and interactive congress where most presentations effectively correspond to an<br />
application in daily practice.<br />
The ICAD 2014 will also serve as an important platform for international industry players to exhibit and to meet with physicians. A series<br />
of workshops on the latest developments in their respective fields will be awaiting your participation.<br />

CME CREDITS<br />
INTERNATIONAL ACCREDITATION:<br />
ICAD 2014 - Bangkok, Thailand (23-24-25 January 2014) was granted 18 European CME credits (ECMEC) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical<br />
Education (EACCME).<br />
European Accreditation is granted by the EACCME in order to allow participants who attend the above-mentioned activity to validate their credits in their own country.<br />
<strong>EuroMediCom</strong> is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The<br />
EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net. The ‘ICAD 2014’ is designated for a maximum of (or ‘for up to’) 18 hours of European external<br />
CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical<br />
Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Information on the process to convert<br />
EACCME credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/go/internationalcme. Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognized by the UEMS-EACCME for ECMEC<br />
credits are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification <strong>Program</strong> of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.<br />

To register to the ICAD 2014, complete the enclosed registration form and return it with the payment to Euromedicom.<br />

On site registration will be available each day of the congress.<br />
The delegate registration fee includes:<br />

Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) provides supports to the ICAD 2014. All international delegates will be granted with 3-day prepaid<br />
BTS cards facilitating their travelling during the congress period. Upon the arrival to the Suvarnabhumi International airport, an immigration<br />
clearance process can be facilitated. Any delegate wishing to have this service shall provide us with their passport number, flight number and arrival<br />
times in advance of 15 days minimum before their arrival at the airport.<br />
