You will notice a <strong>new</strong> 10-digit customer number on <strong>you</strong>r bill. Please reference the <strong>new</strong><br />
customer number when making a payment and for other gas service requests. If <strong>you</strong><br />
currently pay <strong>you</strong>r <strong>Atmos</strong> <strong>Energy</strong> bill through <strong>you</strong>r financial institution’s bill pay option,<br />
please remember to update <strong>you</strong>r customer number on that institution’s website.<br />
<strong>Number</strong><br />
You will also notice a change in the gas usage billing unit on <strong>you</strong>r bill. Instead of Mcf (1,000<br />
cubic feet), <strong>you</strong>r usage is now billed in Ccf (100 cubic feet); in this example, 9.5 Mcf is<br />
equal to 95 Ccf. This will not impact the amount of gas <strong>you</strong> use nor <strong>you</strong>r amount due.<br />
