Exhibitors compete in National Roll of Excellence Open <strong>Charolais</strong> Show<br />

KANSAS CITY – Todd Herman of Skiatook, Okla., sorted through the entries from 86 exhibitors<br />

Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at the National Roll of Excellence Open <strong>Charolais</strong> Show held in Kansas<br />

City, Mo.<br />

The Grand Champion Female, TR PZC NC Fire Fly 1746 ET, was exhibited by Cagney Effling<br />

of Highmore, S.D., and before receiving national honors was selected as junior heifer champion.<br />

Reserve Grand Champion Female and senior division winner was awarded to OBG Nancy 028,<br />

owned by Keaton McConathy of Angleton, Texas.<br />

The Grand Champion Bull and junior champion division honors went to LT-WC Templeton 1483<br />

PLD ET owned by Wright <strong>Charolais</strong> of Richmond, Mo., Cody Cattle Co., also of Richmond, and<br />

Lindskov-Thiel <strong>Charolais</strong> of Isabel, S.D. NWMSU Big Time 166 owned by Northwest Missouri<br />

State University of Maryville, Mo., was named Reserve Champion Bull and reserve in the junior<br />

bull division.<br />

The remaining champions in the Open <strong>Charolais</strong> Show are as follows:<br />
