to ensure that your special day runs smoothly,

Wilson Creek Winery includes a day of site

coordinator to assist with the organization of your

wedding. you are not required to use our

coordinator and may hire your own. your

Wilson Creek coordinator will meet with you

in advance to discuss details of your reception

including menu and selections, linen colors, floor

plan, timeline, toasts and all other particulars

pertaining to the reception.

specialty linens and napkins with an expanded

color selection are available for an additional

charge.

should your color choice of linens be unavailable

due to unforeseen circumstances, white linens

will be used at the discretion of Wilson Creek

Winery.

Our standard centerpieces include a glass

hurricane covered white candle with three votive

candles surrounding it. ese centerpieces

are complimentary.

Policies

Wilson Creek provides a wedding rehearsal the

day prior to your wedding scheduled at 11:00am,

unless other arrangements have been made.

PhOtOgRAPhy

Wilson Creek is a beautiful location for taking

wedding photos. Photos around the winery may

be taken two hours prior to your scheduled

wedding start time so long as it does not interrupt

with the normal operations of the winery.

We do request a “model Release” signed upon

booking.

musIC And VendOR POlICy

to assure the success and professional quality of

your wedding reception, we strongly recommend

that Wilson Creek Winery approved disc jockeys

are used. see the Preferred Vendor list. It is the

client’s responsibility to provide the music and

sound for the wedding ceremony and reception.

you may employ a string quartet, pianist, harpist

or singer. e reception music must be turned

off promptly at 10:00 p.m. for outdoor receptions.

For all indoor receptions, music must be turned

off promptly at your scheduled event end time.

All vendors, including florist, dJ, bands, etc.

must provide a certificate of insurance, naming

Wilson Creek Winery & Vineyard Inc. as an

additional insured prior to arriving on the property.

decorating for the wedding ceremony and

reception should be arranged with Wilson Creek’s

site coordinator. Vendors may not begin set-up

more than two hours prior to the scheduled event

start time or interrupt the normal operations of

the winery. see your Wilson Creek site coordinator

if special arrangements are needed.

no confetti, indoor sparklers, rice, birdseed or

glitter may be used on the premises for any

purpose. e use of any of these items will result

in a damage charge assessment.

Only fresh white or ivory flower petals may be

used on any concrete area on the winery property.

If other colors are desired, they must be 100%

silk petals to avoid potential staining of the

concrete and a damage fee. Client to provide.

Wilson Creek Winery does not provide an aisle

runner.

Inclement Weather: If you are planning an outdoor

wedding and reception, Wilson Creek Winery

cannot be held responsible for inclement weather

conditions. Wilson Creek Winery can provide

indoor space, if available for your event or rent

outdoor tenting at host’s expense.

Policies

BeVeRAge POlICy

Wilson Creek wines and champagne are served

exclusively during events. Premium Wilson Creek

Wines, sangria, decadencia Chocolate Port and

Angelica Cream sherry are not included, but may

be added for an additional charge.

We reserve the right to substitute any wine based

on availability. All open bottles are the property

of Wilson Creek Winery. We reserve the right to

close any event where other alcoholic beverages

are being consumed. Wilson Creek Winery reserves

the right to request proof of age. Any guest who

is unable to provide proof of age will not be

served alcohol. no exceptions. We encourage the

enjoyment of our wines in a responsible manner

and ask the client to help us in fulfilling our legal

obligations of refusing service to those appearing

to be intoxicated. Any guests providing alcohol to

an underage drinker, as well as the underage

drinker will be asked to leave the property

immediately.

Wilson Creek Winery reserves the right to close

down the bar at any time during the event if

guests are consuming outside liquor or carrying

out lewd acts. last call for beverage service will be

at least 30 minutes prior to the conclusion of the

reception.

dePOsIts & PAyments

deposits/Payments: 10% of the estImAted

PROPOsAl and a signed contract are required

to book a date. is payment is non-refundable,

but will be applied toward the final balance.

Payment of the remaining contracted amount is

due in 3 scheduled installment payments divided

into 30% increments with the last portion plus

any charges due 15 days prior to the event, when

the final guaranteed guest count is given to the

Wedding Coordinator. e following methods of

payment are accepted: cash, check, cashier’s

check/money order, debit or credit card. Personal

checks will not be accepted for final payments.

e final guest count is required 15 days prior

to the event. At that time a final bill will be

processed for any remaining money owed

including any upgrades you may have chosen.

no refund will be given if the number of guests

in attendance is fewer than the final guaranteed

guest count given. All money paid to Wilson

Creek Winery is non-refundable.

hard liquor is not permitted on Wilson Creek

Winery property as per our state and federal

liquor license issued by the Alcohol Beverage

Control. Any liquor found on property will be

confiscated and any guests consuming liquor may

be asked to leave the property.

to supplement your selected package, you may

buy out the property exclusively for your wedding

for an additional fee of $4,500.

For a wedding and reception in our exclusive

vineyard site, merlot mesa, an additional site fee

of $2,500 will be required and will include deluxe

transportation to and from the vineyard site,

executive restrooms, dance floor, heaters and

umbrellas if needed as well as the set-up and tear

down of event equipment. For ceremony only at

merlot mesa, an additional fee of $1,800 will be

required and will not include restrooms or dance

floor.

you may purchase additional facility time to be

added to the latter half of your event and will not

exceed 12:00 am for $1,200 per hour or at the

beginning of your event for $1,500 per hour;

and/or a hosted bar for $6.50 per guest per hour.

** If a choice of entrée option is chosen, a place card for each guest is required, and provided by the client, designating which

entrée selection has been chosen by your guests. entrée counts are required when final guest count is provided. Client must

submit to their coordinator the place card designation for approval.

** Bar package can be removed from wedding package for a reduction in per person pricing. Ask your site coordinator for more

details. Cash bar and host on consumption bar options are also available. $250 cash

bar set-up fee will be waived if $500 is met in cash bar sales.
