Intermediate Plus (26-35)<br />

At the age of 26, the Intermediate Plus Member pays 50 per cent<br />

of the applicable annual dues and food-and-beverage minimums.<br />

Those amounts increase annually by five per cent until they reach<br />

the full respective amounts for a Principal Member at age 36.<br />

Senior Plus (70+)<br />

To recognize Members age 70 and over with at least 10 years of<br />

membership, ClubLink offers a five-per-cent discount on annual<br />

dues and food-and-beverage minimums and an additional five-percent<br />

discount on both for every year the Member is over 70 to a<br />

maximum of 50 per cent.<br />

MEMBERSHIP FEE FINANCING<br />

New Silver and Gold Members can finance their Membership<br />

over a minimum of six annual installments at zero interest.<br />

Join a Platinum or Prestige Club and automatically qualify for<br />

a minimum of 10 annual installments interest free. If you are<br />

under the age of 40, you would qualify for one additional year<br />

of financing, to a maximum of 15 annual installments. Monthly<br />

financing also available (some restrictions apply).<br />

RECIPROCAL PLAYING PRIVILEGES<br />

Silver Members have access to Silver, Gold and Daily Fee Clubs<br />

(excluding Glen Abbey) without a reciprocal fee and subject<br />

to availability. Silver Club Members have reciprocal access to<br />

Platinum Member Clubs for a reciprocal fee of $65 and Prestige<br />

Member Clubs for a reciprocal fee of $80. In the event a Silver<br />

Member introduces three paying guests at one time, the<br />

reciprocal fee is waived when playing at Prestige and Platinum<br />

Member Clubs. The reciprocal fee is also waived at Platinum<br />

Member Clubs if the Silver Member’s Club is closed for a non-<br />

Member, full-shotgun event.<br />

Gold Members have access to Platinum, Gold, Silver and Daily<br />

Fee Clubs (excluding Glen Abbey) without a reciprocal fee<br />

and subject to availability. Gold Club Members have reciprocal<br />

access to Prestige Member Clubs for a reciprocal fee of $80.<br />

In the event a Gold Member introduces three paying guests at<br />

one time, the reciprocal fee is waived when playing at Prestige<br />

Member Clubs. The reciprocal fee is also waived at Prestige<br />

Member Clubs if the Gold Member’s Club is closed for a non-<br />

Member, full-shotgun event.<br />

Prestige and Platinum Members have access to Prestige,<br />

Platinum, Gold, Silver and Daily Fee Clubs (excluding Glen<br />

Abbey), without a reciprocal fee and subject to availability.<br />

HOME CLUB TEE TIME ACCESS PRIORITY<br />

In order to protect Members’ access to tee times at their Home<br />

Club, the Director of Operations at each property will designate<br />

tee times for Home Club Members only during high-demand<br />

periods. The high-demand periods may vary and are defined<br />

by the Home Club Member’s playing patterns. Generally, these<br />

times are on weekends and holidays from opening to noon;<br />

and Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from noon to 3:30 p.m.<br />

At our Resort properties, these times are from opening until<br />

1 p.m. Initially, limited Associate times are available during<br />

high-demand times; more are released to the Associate Club<br />

Members if Home Club bookings are slower than anticipated.<br />

SPOUSAL EVENING MEMBERSHIP<br />

This Membership is designed to introduce the non-golfing<br />

spouse of a ClubLink Member to the game of golf. This<br />

Membership involves instruction, explanation of the rules of<br />

golf, etiquette, unlimited access to Academy Courses and<br />

evening access (30 minutes after twilight) to our Member<br />

Championship Courses.<br />

SENIOR TRANSFER AND PLAY PROGRAM<br />

Principal/Spousal Members who are 65 and older and<br />

have been Members for five or more years can transfer<br />

their Membership within their direct family tree, while still<br />

maintaining playing privileges.<br />

FULL PRIVILEGE INTERMEDIATE/JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS<br />

Intermediate and Junior Members who join ClubLink through<br />

the ClubLink Graduate Program (Membership Fee applies) enjoy<br />

reciprocal access to all ClubLink Clubs. Junior Members are<br />

restricted to non-peak times only. Full-privilege Intermediate<br />

and Junior Members are subject to the annual dues applicable<br />

to their age category but are not responsible for a food and<br />

beverage minimum until they reach the age of 26.<br />

RESTRICTED ANNUAL INTERMEDIATE<br />

AND JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS<br />

Annual Intermediate and Junior Members must be the children<br />

or grandchildren of a ClubLink Member. They have access<br />

to their Home Club only during non-peak times. They are<br />

responsible to pay annual dues applicable to their age category,<br />

but are not responsible for a food and beverage minimum.<br />

Junior and Intermediate Members have access to all ClubLink<br />

Academy Courses and enjoy driving range and practice facility<br />

access at their Home Club outside of peak times.<br />

Peak Time Restrictions for Junior and Intermediate Members<br />

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, opening until 11:45 a.m.<br />

Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, noon until 3:30 p.m.<br />

Resort Clubs: Fridays from 11 a.m. until twilight; Saturdays,<br />

Sundays and Holiday Mondays opening until 1 p.m.<br />

SOCIAL AND NON-RESIDENT MEMBERS<br />

Social and non-Resident Members have access to six rounds of<br />

golf during the season, upon payment of the applicable guest<br />

fee in effect at the time of play. Practice range access is only<br />

available prior to a tee time.<br />

ACADEMY MEMBERS<br />

Academy Members have reciprocal playing privileges at<br />

Trillium, The Academy Course at Cherry Downs, Down Under<br />

at Wyndance, The Rattler at RattleSnake Point, The South<br />

Course at The Country Club and The Villa Course at Lake<br />

Joseph. ClubLink Academy Members have dining privileges at<br />

all ClubLink facilities. Academy Members do not have access to<br />

Member events at any ClubLink Championship Course unless<br />

playing as a guest of a Member and upon payment of the<br />

applicable guest fee.<br />

VERANDAH MEMBERS<br />

Verandah Members have recreational and dining access at all<br />

ClubLink golf facilities. Verandah Members do not have golf<br />

privileges unless playing as a guest of a Member and upon<br />

payment of the applicable guest fee.<br />

GOLFING GUESTS<br />

Through LinkLine, Members are able to reserve for up to<br />

three guests, except for Saturdays, Sundays and holiday<br />

Mondays, from opening until 11 a.m. where one guest may be<br />

introduced. Subject to availability, requests for additional golfing<br />

guests may be made by contacting the Director of Operations<br />

at your Home Club. This applies at your Home Club or for<br />

reciprocal play. The frequency for introduction of the same<br />

guest is limited to twice per month. However, out-of- town<br />

golfing guests of a Member may play an unlimited number of<br />

rounds with the Member upon payment of the applicable guest<br />

fee in any two-week period, once per season. Guests must be<br />

accompanied by a ClubLink Member at all times unless prior<br />

arrangements are made with the golf shop.<br />

IDENTIFICATION/GOLF CHECK-IN<br />

Members must check in at the Golf Shop prior to using the<br />

golf amenities at any ClubLink Club, and must carry their<br />

Membership card with them at all times. Members must present<br />

their Membership card when making any purchases on their<br />

ClubLink account.<br />

MEMBER ACCESS TO GLEN ABBEY<br />

Members have access to Glen Abbey throughout the week for<br />

a $55 reciprocal fee and mandatory cart fee. The reciprocal<br />

fee will be waived when a Member introduces three or more<br />

guests. The reciprocal fee is not waived when a Member’s<br />

home course is closed for Member or Corporate shotgun<br />

event Tee times can be booked up to seven days in advance<br />

and are subject to availability. At Glen Abbey ONLY, a Member<br />

may book a maximum of seven guests (two consecutive tee<br />

times but only one Member is needed). After 11:30 a.m. on<br />

weekends and holidays, Prestige and Platinum Members can<br />

play Glen Abbey without a reciprocal fee (cart fee only).<br />

CART RENTAL<br />

ClubLink facilities are not cart mandatory (except Glen Abbey<br />

and Bond Head).<br />

Lake Chesdin - cart mandatory for non-Lake Chesdin Members.<br />

TEE TIME RESERVATIONS<br />

Members have seven-day advance booking privileges<br />

(exceptions may be arranged for special circumstances through<br />

the Home Club Director of Operations). Tee times at all courses<br />

may be arranged through LinkLine (ClubLink’s centralized tee<br />

time reservation system) to a maximum of two tee times per<br />

phone call. For your convenience, a LinkLine courtesy phone<br />

is available at each ClubLink facility. When booking tee times,<br />

Members are required to provide the name of each person in<br />

their group in order to eliminate double bookings by Members<br />

(thus leaving valuable tee time inventory for alternative Member<br />

bookings).<br />

TEE TIME CANCELLATIONS<br />

Non-weather related tee time cancellations are required no less<br />

than 24 hours prior to play. To cancel a player or an entire tee<br />

time, Members are required to contact LinkLine directly. In the<br />

event the cancellation policy has not been adhered to, a $60<br />

“no show” fee will be charged to the Member who made<br />

the reservation.<br />

NON-COMPLIANCE POLICY<br />

If Home Club Members wish to entertain non-Home Club<br />

Members in Home Club designated tee times on Saturday,<br />

Sunday and Holiday mornings prior to 11 a.m., a 1:1 ratio of<br />

Home Club Members to non-Home Club Members is required.<br />

In the event a Home Club Member wishes to entertain<br />

additional Associate Club Members in an applicable Home<br />

Club designated time, a “non-compliance fee” of $60 will be<br />

charged to the Member making the reservation.<br />

ALCOHOL POLICY<br />

Members and guests are strictly prohibited from bringing their<br />

own alcohol onto a ClubLink property in accordance with all<br />

applicable liquor licensing regulations. ClubLink’s Responsible<br />

Alcohol Service policy is posted at each alcohol service location<br />

and available for review. All alcohol service staff are fully trained<br />

in the proper alcohol service techniques and are supported by<br />

management while doing so. Any violation of these policies<br />

may result in suspension or termination of membership.<br />

Food and Beverage Minimum Policy<br />

All ClubLink Membership categories (other than Intermediate, Junior and Non-Resident Members) are subject to a food and beverage<br />

minimum. Taxes and service charges are excluded from the calculation of the reduction of the unspent food and beverage minimums.<br />

Food and beverage expenditures at all ClubLink facilities will be included in the reduction of the unspent food beverage minimums in<br />

the event the expenditure is charged to a Member account. Minimum amounts are not pre-billed; the unspent minimum, if any, at the<br />

end of the period will be applied to a Member account.<br />
