“Platinum Low Rate Credit Card Balance Transfer”
Springfield Grand Opening Drawing Promotion Rules
April 26, 2013 – June 10, 2013
1. Sponsor: Wright-Patt Credit Union, Inc. (the “Credit Union”).
2. Prizes: Five (5) winners. The Credit Union will pay off the eligible balance transfers to a
Credit Union Platinum Low Rate credit card, up to a maximum amount of $1,000 for each
winner, for five (5) Eligible Participants. No prize substitutes for deposits or payments toward
any other loan types are allowed.
3. Eligible Participants: All primary members of the Credit Union, in good standing (defined in
paragraph 6 below), that are 18 years of age or older and are U.S. Citizens or non-U.S. citizens
subject to U.S. taxes and that have an existing Credit Union Platinum Low Rate credit card, or
open one from April 26, 2013 through June 10, 2013. Subject to the restrictions in paragraph 6
below.
4. To Enter: No referral, transaction or account opening is necessary to enter; however, in order
to win a balance payoff up to $1,000, you must have an Platinum Low Rate credit card account
with the Credit Union. No substitutes for deposits or payments toward other loan types. Eligible
Participants of the Credit Union will be automatically entered in the contest upon transferring a
balance to their Credit Union Platinum Low Rate credit card at the Springfield Member Center
between April 26, 2013 and June 10, 2013. Balance transfer must be initiated and have the check
mailed to creditor by a WPCU employee at the Springfield Member Center. Home or Mobile
Banking transfers do not qualify. All other Eligible Participants can enter by typing or printing
their name, address, phone number, and account number on a postcard or letter and mailing it to
the Credit Union. Please mail your entry to Wright-Patt Credit Union, Attn: “Springfield Grand
Opening Platinum Low Rate Credit Card Balance Transfer” promotion, P.O. Box 286, Fairborn,
OH 45324. For your privacy, please place postcards in an envelope. Only one entry per Eligible
Participant permitted. All mailed entries must be received by the Credit Union between April 26,
2013 and 2:00 p.m. on June 12, 2013.
5. Balance Transfer Payoff Drawing: Five (5) random drawings will be conducted by the Credit
Union from all eligible entries on June 12, 2013. Limit of one entry per Eligible Participant.
Entries become the property of the Credit Union and will not be returned.
6. Eligibility Exceptions and General Terms: Employees, members and associate members of the
Board of Directors, and volunteer officials of the Credit Union and its affiliates, and their
immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and individuals living
in the same household of each of the above are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by
law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Federal,
state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipients. No substitutions or transfers of
gifts are permitted except at the sole discretion of the Credit Union. By participating in the
Springfield Grand Opening Platinum Low Rate Credit Card Balance Transfer promotion, you

agree to these official rules and accept decisions of the Credit Union as final. Winners also agree
to the use of their name, words, statement and likeness or photograph in any Credit Union
publication or web site. To be a member in good standing, the member must (i) currently have at
least $5.00 on deposit in their Regular Share Account, (ii) not be delinquent on any loan at the
Credit Union, (iii) not have a negative balance in any share account he or she owns at the Credit
Union, and (iv) has not caused the Credit Union a loss.
7. To Claim Prize: Winners will be notified by telephone or mail. To accept a prize, the Credit
Union will require that each winner sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release form
(“Affidavit”). Each winner must return the Affidavit to the Credit Union within 14 days after the
prize notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizewinners may
not transfer their prize to any other party prior to acceptance. Prizewinner will be responsible for
all taxes levied by any governmental authority, including sales tax, and if applicable the Credit
Union will withhold such taxes from the awarded prize. Upon prize acceptance, the Credit Union
will automatically pay off the amount of the eligible Credit Union Platinum Low Rate credit card
balance transfer, up to a maximum amount of $1,000.00.
8. Limitation of Liability: The Credit Union does not in any way warrant or assume liability for
the prizes offered in this contest. The Credit Union is not responsible for printing or
typographical errors in the contest related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged,
incomplete or illegible entries; entries processed late, incorrectly, or lost due to computer,
electronic malfunction, or human error. The Credit Union reserves the right to cancel or modify
the contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the contest as determined by
the Credit Union in its sole discretion.
9. Consumer Disclosure: The Credit Union will award a total of five (5) Platinum Low Rate
credit card balance transfer payoffs, up to $1,000.00 each. Odds of winning a balance transfer
payoff are estimated to be less than 1/45,000, but will be dependent upon the number of entries.
10. Winner Listing: A list of all the winner names will be posted at www.wpcu.coop no later
than June 26, 2013.
