Coque/Hull/Rumpf

Anchor pin fittings/Fixation de haubans
Place anchor pin fitting through the two holes provided in
the side of the deck. Screw the anchor pin into the anchor
bar. Tighten firmly so that there is no movement between the
two.
Installer les supports de haubans dans leur logement prévus sur les
côtés du pont en introduisant les vis à travers le pont et en vissant
les cadènes en dessous. Serrer fortement de façon à ce qu’il n’y ait
aucun jeu entre les deux.
Setzen Sie die Wantenbefestigungen in die dafür vorgesehenen Stellen
im Rumpf und schrauben Sie sie fest. Ziehen Sie solange fest,
bis kein Spielraum mehr vorhanden ist.
Toe straps/Sangles de Rappel/Ausreitgurte

Take four toe straps and eight equal size ropes out of the rope
kit. Place them in position in the boat with the two short straps
(for the crew) next to the centre case and the longer ones be-

hind (for the helmsman). Use
the ropes to tie the toe straps
to the padeye (photo1-3). Take
the shock cord and tie to the
end of the back toe straps, passing
it through the hook on the
transom above the spinnaker
block.
Prendre quatre sangles de rappel
et huit petites cordes de même
dimension dans le sac de cordages.
Positionner les deux
sangles courtes (équipier) de part
et d'autre du puits de dérive et les
deux sangles longues derrière
(pour le barreur). Utiliser les
cordes pour attacher les sangles
aux pontets (voir photo 1-3).
Prendre le sandow et l’attacher
au bout de la sangle de rappel arrière
en le passant à travers le
crochet situé au dessus de la
poulie de spi.
Nehmen Sie vier Ausreitgurte und
acht gleichlange Leinen aus dem
Leinen-Satz. Positionieren Sie die
zwei kurzen Gurte für den Vorschoter
auf beiden Seiten in
Höhe des Schwertkastens und
die zwei langen für den Steuermann
dahinter. Befestigen Sie die
Gurte mit den Leinen an den
Metall-Bügeln im Rumpf (Bildung
1-3). Nehmen Sie das Gummiseil,
befestigen Sie es am Ende des
hinteren Ausreitgurtes und führen
es durch den Bügel über dem
Spinnakerblock hindurch.
Step 3 - The spreader
Trapeze wire :
Place the two trapeze wires on
both sides of the mast in the two

Rudder Assembly/Gouvernail/
Ruderanlage
The rudder is placed directly on the back of the
boat by removing the split ring on the upper side
of the thick aluminium pin. Place the rudder in
position and push the aluminium pin back
through again, securing the split ring.
le gouvernail est placé à l’arrière du bateau en retirant
l’anneau brisé de la partie supérieure de l’aiguillot.
Positionner la lame de safran et insérer l’aiguillot
à travers le casting et le femelot. Remettre ensuite
l’anneau brisé.
Das Ruder wird hinten am Boot befestigt. Ziehen Sie
dazu den Splint aus dem oberen Teil des Aluminiumstift
heraus. Richten Sie das Ruderblatt aus und
schieben Sie den Alustift wieder hinein. Sichern Sie
ihn mit dem Splint.
NB :
The rudder is a very sophisticated part of the boat. You are able to adjust the position of the rudder
blade with the tiller by pulling it up or down. When you push it down, be sure you hear a firm click to
prevent it popping up again.
La lame de safran est une pièce importante du bateau. La position de la lame peut être ajustée en tirant la
barre vers le haut ou vers le bas. A chaque fois que vous mettez la lame en position haute ou basse il
convient de s’assurer que le casting s’enclenche bien (vous devez entendre un click) afin que la lame ne
puisse pas se libérer.
Das Ruderblatt ist eines der wichtigsten Teile des Bootes. Sie können das Ruderblatt mit Hilfe der Pinne heben
oder senken. Wenn Sie das Ruder in der unteren Position einrasten, müssen Sie ein deutliches Klicken
hören. Damit ist gewährleistet, daß sich das Ruderblatt nicht selbständig löst.

Daggerboard/Dérive/Schwert
You can only install the daggerboard in the water
or with the boat on its side. To prevent the daggerboard
from falling out during capsizing, you
must secure it with the thick shockcord. The
shockcord must be attached to one side of the
centre case, where there are two black plastic
eyes. You can now pull the shockcord over the
daggerboard therefore securing it.
La dérive ne doit être installée qu’une fois que le bateau
est sur l’eau. Afin d’empêcher la lame de sortir
du puits lors d’un déssalage, il convient de l’assurer
à l’aide d’un sandow. Attacher le sandow sur l’un des
côtés du caisson central où il y a deux taquets en
plastic.et le ramener sur la dérive afin de la fixer.
Sie können das Schwert nur im Wasser einsetzen
oder wenn das Boot auf der Seite liegt. Um zu verhindern,
daß das Schwert bei einer Kenterung herausrutscht,
muß es mit einem dickeren Gummitau
gesichert werden. Befestigen Sie das Gummitau an
einer Seite des mittleren Auftriebkörpers, dort wo die
zwei schwarzen Plastikösen sind, und am Schwert.

Spreader/Barre de Flêche/Saling
Take one spreader and place
on the spreader pocket on the
mast. Be sure that the thickest
part is facing towards the front
of the boat. Use the thick bolt
for the end of the spreader pocket
and the thin bolt for spreader
pocket closest to the mast.
Attach the shroud to the end of
the spreader using the aluminium
plate and secure it. Repeat
the other side but be sure
that you use the same hole positions
to ensure the angle of
the spreaders is equal.
Prendre une barre de flêche et la
placer sur le collier sur le
mât.Bien s’assurer que la partie
la plus épaisse fait face à l’avant
du bateau. Fixer l’extrémité de la
flêche avec la grosse vis et le
côté près du mât avec la petite
vis. Fixer le hauban à l’extrémité
de la barre de flêche en utilisant
la plaque aluminium. Répéter la
même chose de l’autre côté en
faisant attention d’utiliser la
même position afin que l’angle
des barres de flêches soit égal.

sich, daß die breitere Seite nach
vorne zeigt. Befestigen Sie das
äußere Ende mit der großen
Schraube und die Mitte mit einer
kleinen Schraube. Befestigen Sie
die Want mit der Aluminiumplatte
am äußeren Ende der Saling.
Machen Sie dasselbe auf der anderen
Seite, wobei Sie darauf
achten, daß die Abstände gleich
groß sind und der Winkel der Saling
auf beiden Seiten gleich ist.

Mast/Mât/Mast

Set up of the mast/Dresser le mât/
Mast steppen
Place the mast on the boat, spreaders facing backwards.
Ensure the footstep is securely fitted
into the maststep on the boat. Take the forestay
and tie it to the loop provided on the iron bar at
the front of the boat. Take the two shrouds and
fix them to the anchor pin. Move the plastic
shroud protectors over the adjustable plates.
Positionner le mât sur le bateau, les barres de flêche vers l’arrière. S’assurer
que la base de mât est correctement installé dans son logement
sur le bateau. Prendre l’étai et l’attacher à l’anneau qui se trouve sur la
barre en acier à l’avant du bateau..
Legen Sie den Mast auf das Boot, Saling nach hinten. Achten Sie darauf,
daß der Mastfuß richtig im Boot eingesetzt ist. Nehmen Sie das
Vorstag und befestigen Sie es an der Öse auf der Stahlstange im Bug.

Trapeze/Trapèze/Trapez
Secure the loose hanging trapeze wires. Connect the
trapeze wires to the shock cord provided, next to the
shroud.
Fixer les deux haubans aux cadènes. Mettre en place les
protège-haubans. Attacher les cables de trapèze aux sandowx
se trouvant à côté des haubans.
Bringen Sie die Wantenschützer an. Befestigen Sie die beiden
Wanten an den Püttingeisen. Befestigen Sie die Trapezkabel
mit den Gummiseilen neben den Wanten.

Mast/Mât/Mast
Fix the 2 cam cleats near the mast on the deck.
One is used for tuning the bowsprit.
The other one is used for retaining the mast.
Attach the lines as showed on the photos.
Fixer les 2 taquets coinceurs près du mât sur le pont.
L’un est utilisé pour le réglage du tangon.
L’autre sert à retenir le mât.

Jib/Foc/Fock

Jib clew/Amure foc/Fock
Attach the front of the jib with the twisted shackle provided
to the iron bar in the front of the boat. Be sure that the iron
bolt is facing towards the inside of the boat.
Attacher le point d’amure du foc avec la manille torse à la barre
d’acier se trouvant à l’avant du bateau. Le manillon doit faire face à
l’intérieur du bateau.
Befestigen Sie den Hals des Focksegels mit einem Spiralschäkel an
der Stahlstange im Bug. Der Schäkelstift muß in Richtung Bootinneres
zeigen. Verbinden Sie Segelkopf und Fockfall mit einem Schäkel.

Jib head/Tête de foc/Fockkopf
Attach the top of the jib to the jib halyard using the shackle.
Relier la tête de foc à la drisse de foc à
l’aide d’une manille.

Jib Halyard/Drisse de foc/Fockfall
Now, hoist the jib by pulling the line which
comes out of the end of the mast above the deck.
At the end, when the jib is hoisted, you will notice
a loop in the wire, attach this to the adjustable
spanner on the spanner. Now, you are able
to put tension on the forestay by putting the adjustable
spanner in one of the hooks and then
pulling the handle down.
Hisser le foc en tirant sur la drisse qui sort du mât
juste au dessus du pont jusqu’à la sortie de la boucle
de drisse en acier. Une fois le foc hissé, attacher la
boucle sur le levier du tendeur de foc, et vous pouvez
ajuster la tension sur la drisse en faisant jouer le
levier à l’intérieur du tendeur et en l’abaissant.
Jetzt hissen Sie das Focksegel, indem Sie an dem
Fall, das direkt über dem Deck aus dem Mast ragt,
ziehen. Wenn Sie das Focksegel gesetzt haben, befestigen
Sie die Schlaufe am Fockspannhebel. Stellen
Sie nun die Fockfallspannung richtig ein, indem
Sie den Fockspannhebel verstellen.

Jib/Foc/Fock

Jib sheet/Ecoute de foc/Fockschot
Attach the jib sheet to the jib feeding both
ends through the jib cleats provided on both
sides of the boat.
Attacher l’écoute de foc en passant chaque extrémité
dans les filoirs taquets qui se trouvent de
chaque côté du bateau.
Machen Sie die Enden der Fockschot fest. Gehen
Sie dabei durch die Ösen auf beiden Seiten des
Rumpfes.

Spinnaker

Spi Halyard/drisse de spi/Spifall
First, take the coloured halyard attached to the loop on the
mast and tie it to the head of the spinnaker. The head of the spinnaker
is the point where the red and green leach meet. The other
end of the halyard comes out of the lower section of the mast.
Prendre la drisse de couleur qui est attachée au mât et la fixer à la tête
de spi. La tête du spi est l’endroit où se rencontre les bords de spi vert
et rouge. L’autre extrémité de la drisse sort tout en bas du mât.
Nehmen Sie die am Mast befestigte farbige Schot und machen Sie sie am Kopf des Spinnakersegels fest. Das
andere Ende der Schot führt ganz unten aus dem Mast heraus.
Take the end of the halyard through the cleat on the centre

case. From here, take it to the back of the boat where there is
a block attached on the transom. Passing the end through
the block, take it back passed the foot of the mast, under the deck
to the bow.
Passer l’extrémité de la drisse dans le taquet sur le puits de dérive. Ensuite
la ramener vers l’arrière du bateau et la passer à travers la poulie
fixée sur le tableau arrière, puis contourner le pied de mât sous le pont
jusqu’à l’étrave.
Führen Sie das Ende der Schot durch die Schotklemme über dem
Schwertkasten nach hinten über die Umlenkrolle, anschließend wieder
nach vorne, um den Mast herum unter Deck bis zum Bug.

Take the end through the loop provided at the lower section of the
spinnaker and tie it to the loop provided in the upper part of the
spinnaker to retrieve it.
Passer le bout dans la boucle qui se trouve en bas du spi et l’attacher à
la boucle qui se trouve en haut du spi. Attacher le point d’amure avec la
petite corde sur le tangon devant.
Führen Sie das Ende durch die untere Schlaufe des Spinnakers und befestigen
es dann an der oberen Schlaufe. Machen Sie den Segelhals
mit der kleinen Kordel vorne am Spinnakerbaum fest.
