Stitched-in inserts A maximum of one stitched-in insert can be accommodated per magazine issue. size: Minimum 7.5" x 4" (the front fold must be a minimum of 2.5" with a lip of 0.25"). Maximum (already trimmed) 8" x 10.75" or (untrimmed) 8.5" x 11.5" with 0.25" bleed on all sides. *For an insert with a reply card, the reply portion should be minimum 4" x 6" on a 75 lb. paper. Hand inserts, blow-ins, and polybags A maximum of two hand inserts and/or blown-in inserts will be accepted per magazine issue.
