Sport Management Conference<br />
Thirty five Ph.D students, Doctor of Philosophy Program <strong>in</strong> Sports Science (Special<br />
Program), Faculty of Sports Science, Kasetsart University participated <strong>in</strong> the 6 th Asian<br />
Association for Sport Management Conference dur<strong>in</strong>g October 14 – 16, 2010, at Putra<br />
World Trade Center, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The university adm<strong>in</strong>istrators accompany<strong>in</strong>g<br />
them were Associate Professor Dr. Supitr Samahito, Chair of Committee, Doctor of Philosophy Program <strong>in</strong> Sports Science (Special Program),<br />
and two committees namely Associate Professor Vullee Bhatharobhas and Dr. Issadee Kut<strong>in</strong>tara. Two students made their presentation on<br />
“A Problem Identification of Prov<strong>in</strong>cial Sport Facility Management by Prov<strong>in</strong>cial Adm<strong>in</strong>istration Organizations <strong>in</strong> Thailand.<br />

Dr. Pakthorn Lewchalermwong, a researcher, Faculty<br />
of Veter<strong>in</strong>ary Medic<strong>in</strong>e, Kasetsart University had been<br />
honored with “The Best Young Veter<strong>in</strong>arian Oral Presentation<br />
Award” for his work entitled “the first case of suboccipital<br />
craniotomy for men<strong>in</strong>gioma <strong>in</strong> Thailand” at the 36 th<br />
International Conference on Veter<strong>in</strong>ary Science 2010 and<br />
OIE&FAO Jo<strong>in</strong>t Symposiums organized dur<strong>in</strong>g November<br />
3 – 5, 2010, at Impact Convention Center, Muang Thong<br />
Thani, Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Pakthorn Lewchalermwong was<br />
also awarded 20,000 baht by the Thai Veter<strong>in</strong>ary Medical<br />
Association under Royal Patronage for his participation <strong>in</strong> the<br />
16 th Federation of Asian Veter<strong>in</strong>ary Associations Congress 2011<br />
(FAVA Congress 2011) to be held <strong>in</strong> the Philipp<strong>in</strong>es.<br />
