LUTER FAMILY YMCA PROGRAM GUIDE January - May 2011

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Schedule your child’s birthday party at the Y and leave the fuss to us. The
party includes choice of an activity, run by Y staff for one hour, followed by
one hour of party time. Activity choices include:
Swimming pool (recreational swim and water games)
Child Watch (free play and organized games)
Gym games (choice of basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer or
parachute games).
Price of packages depends on the level of service you desire. Food and
beverage packages are available for an additional fee. Parties are scheduled
is a minimum of two weeks reservation time required. The total cost of party
package must be paid to reserve party. We are unable to process refunds
for birthday parties.
FAMILY NIGHTS
Spend quality time with your family at the YMCA! Families are invited to
participate in FREE monthly activities, such as Aqua Night, Sock Hops,
Fam Jam, Movie Under the Stars and more! Parents must accompany
their children to all events. See the Welcome Center for more details on
upcoming Family Fun Nights and to register!
KIDS NIGHT OUT
Parents! Enjoy an evening out while your kids enjoy an exciting night at the
YMCA. Children participate in activities including theme-oriented games and
crafts, movies, and swimming (age restrictions apply). Dinner is included.
BASIC
This package includes use of the party room for one hour, a party
host and use of either the pool, gymnasium or Child Watch room
for one hour. You provide all paper products and party supplies.
DELUXE This package includes the use of the party room for one hour,
a party host, use of either the pool, gymnasium or Child Watch
area, paper products, invitations, decorations, a prize for the
birthday child, and a gift for each guest.
SUPER
This package includes the use of the party room for one hour,
a party host, use of either the pool, gymnasium or Child Watch
area, paper products, invitations, decorations, a prize for the
birthday child, birthday cake, drinks, and a gift for each guest.
