Day 1 Paris (CDG)-Los Angeles, California

Welcome to the Marina Hotel International, a few steps from the Pacific Ocean and Venice

Beach. Washington Boulevard invites you to your first meal on Californian soil.

Day 2 Palm Springs-California (264km)

First off, a visit to the Bartels Harley-Davidson ® Dealership, then Palm Springs, a true oasis, is at

the border of the desert. There you will find a whole host of restaurants, stylish designers and art

galleries.

Day 3 Laughlin-Nevada (342km)

Joshua Tree National park; Joshua trees, sometimes 1000 years old, grow between grey and pink

rock formations. Cross the Mojave Desert and then a short stop for a drink at Roy’s café which

has inspired several Hollywood films. We are now on the legendary Route 66!

Day 4 Grand Canyon-Arizona (367km)

We cross the Colorado River and arrive in Arizona and pass through the Oatman town of gold

diggers on the historic Route 66 before we discover one of the 7 wonders of the world: The

Grand Canyon. Optional heli-flight- guaranteed to be awe inspiring.

Day 5 Kanab-Utah (333km)

We ride across the Indian territory of the Navajo. Perched 250m above the Colorado River, the

Navajo bridge opened the West to Utah and the town of Kanab, which has been nicknamed “little

Hollywood” as hundreds of movies have been filmed here.

Day 6 Kanab-Utah (280km)

The winding road taking us to Bryce Canyon will guarantee breathtaking scenery with a skilful

mixture of red and orange colours. You may go down the canyon to obtain a closer look at the

“Hoodoos”, massive monoliths of yellow limestone.

Day 7 Las Vegas-Nevada (336km)

After crossing Zion Park,and the most incerdible Freeway on earth, the 2 million neon lights of

Fremont Street, the Venetian Gondolas, the MGM lion, and the Eiffel Tower… we are in Las Vegas!

Day 8 Death Valley-California (249km)

Try your luck in the Las Vegas casinos before the grand departure for Death Valley, where spectacular,

lunar landscapes, burnt by the sun, await you.

Day 9 Mammoth Lakes (322km)

After departing the desert, the contrast is startling. Mammoth is a city which is famous for skis

slopes and numerous scenic lakes.


Day 10 Sonora-California (257km)

Now we venture to Bodie, a ghost town preserved in all her authenticity since 1889. Journey over

Sonora Pass which has an altitude of 3000 metres in the remoteness and beauty of the Sierra

Nevada!

Day 11 San Francisco-California (247km)

Cross the Golden Gate Bridge on a Harley-Davidson ® , a magical moment! Ride your motorbike

through the streets of San Francisco, an unforgettable experience. We suggest dinner at

Fisherman’s Wharf Pier 39.

Day 12 San Luis Obispo-California (436km)

The Pacific Coast Highway: a maze of winding roads surrounded by the blue of the ocean and

the green of the Californian hills. Stunning!

Day 13 Los Angeles-California (295km)

We return back to L.A by the scenic coast road, visiting Santa Barbara and the 200 year old

Mission. After lunch at Malibu we return the bikes. Free afternoon: visit Santa Monica, laze

by the pool…
