Dear Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation Friends and Associates:
We are pleased to highlight the good the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation has
accomplished in 2008. Working together with hundreds of thousands of Nu Skin
distributors and friends, we’re creating a better world for children by offering a hand of
hope and helping more and more children escape from disease, illiteracy, and poverty.
Since 1996, we have granted nearly $17.5 million to life-changing projects that benefit
children in more than 50 countries. In Malawi, for example, the Mtalimanja Village is
thriving. You can hear the songs of children fill the new childcare center, while students
of all ages learn the skills necessary to improve their lives. This knowledge provides a
foundation for self-reliance and will bless entire communities and generations to come.
Meanwhile, the newly established China Heart Fund is providing life-saving surgeries
to children with congenital heart defects, complementing the inspiring efforts of the
Southeast Asia Heart Fund. In Korea, Nu Skin Hope Libraries are giving students the
opportunity to expand their learning, opening doors to new ideas and hopes for the
future. We also continue to support the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research
Foundation and Seacology.
This year, we’re also pleased to highlight the outpouring of support for those devastated
by natural disasters in China, as well as the successful Force for Good Day projects
distributors and employees annually undertake in a worldwide celebration of Nu Skin’s
unique and giving culture.
We continue to be touched by kindhearted distributors and friends like you who support
the foundation’s united effort to create a better world for children. As always, please accept
our sincere gratitude for your contributions, your participation, and your goodness.
AIR FOUNDATION ISRAEL*
Funded a program to improve
Recognizing these problems,
the AIR Foundation purchased
CLOUD GATE DANCE THEATRE TAIWAN*
The arts and humanities represent an important part of a
areas of Taiwan were given the educational opportunity to
attend Cloud Gate Dance Theatre and make their dream
a reality. This cultural dance performance was the first the
Seeing these difficulties, Nu Skin Thailand and the Nu Skin
Force for Good Foundation donated a boat to the school,
