It is agreed as follows:
• The Vendor hereby acknowledges that the Vendor has entered into an Agreement with the Trinidad &
Tobago Cultural Society of British Columbia (the Event Organizers), to take part in and/or supply goods
to, or sell goods at the event known as Caribbean Days Festival at Waterfront Park on Saturday July 26
and Sunday July 27, 2008 during the hours of 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. In addition, the Vendor has red
and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of operation as set out on the attached Schedule ‘A’.
• The Vendor further acknowledges that, in consideration for being allowed by the Trinidad & Tobago Cultural
Society of British Columbia to take part in the said activity, the Vendor agrees:
• That the Society shall provide Covered Tent Space, (10 x 10 ) Tables and Chairs. (Your tent on agreement)
• To pay to the Trinidad & Tobago Cultural Society a flat fee in sum of: -
PRIME LOCATIONS ( Promotional) $3500.00 …Plus a ( refundable damage deposit $150.00)
(No electricity or running water is supplied with these facilities and placement will be at the discretion of the organizers.

property, howsoever caused, arising out of or notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to
or occasioned by the negligence of said bodies, or any or them, their agents, officials, servants or
representatives. It is understood and agreed that this agreement is to be binding on the Vendor, its heirs,
executors and assigns
