一 連 四 天 的 展 覽 吸 引 了 來 自 19 個 國 家 及 地 區 的 參 展 商 , 參 加
的 考 察 團 、 參 展 商 和 進 場 人 次 更 創 歷 年 之 高 。 展 覽 會 展 出 本
地 及 海 外 最 新 的 環 保 方 案 、 綠 色 科 技 和 產 品 , 更 首 次 推 廣 「 綠
色 大 珠 三 角 地 區 優 質 生 活 圈 」 主 題 , 以 及 電 動 車 專 區 及 服 務
行 業 專 區 , 向 觀 眾 展 示 多 元 化 的 項 目 。
由 工 業 貿 易 署 資 助 , 工 總 與 香 港 環 保 產 業 協 會 已 第 三 年 攜 手
設 立 的 「 香 港 館 」, 匯 聚 了 本 地 32 家 環 保 企 業 和 機 構 參 展 ,
他 們 展 示 了 在 環 保 方 面 的 最 新 技 術 和 產 品 服 務 , 促 進 商 貿
交 流 。
Hong Kong Green Manufacturing Alliance
(HKGMA)
Initiated by HKGMA, a luncheon regarding the Hong Kong
Product Eco-Responsibility Ordinance was held on 6 August
2009. Members expressed their concerns on the New Producer
Responsibility Scheme for Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment
under the Ordinance for which the public consultation was
closed on 30 April 2010. Around 20 representatives from various
industries including electrical, electronics and environmental
sectors were keen to give their opinions which were included in
submission papers compiled by the FHKI and forwarded to the
Government and the Legislative Council.

FHKI and HKGMA members met Richard O’Brien, Director of
International Programs and Intergovernmental Affairs, US
Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) on 13 January
2010 for a direct dialogue on the US Consumer Product Safety
Improvement Act (CPSIA). FHKI Deputy Chairman Willy Lin
expressed his concerns on the industry compliance, and HKGMA
Chairman Sunny Chai introduced the Alliance’s governmentfunded
project, namely “A Support Programme for SMEs
to Comply with the US CPSIA Project”. Members had a full
exchange of views on the implementation of the Act.
