The e-resources available to anyone, 

anywhere over the World Wide Web (WWW) are 

considered to be the Open Access Resources 

(OAR).

Worry about information overload has become one of 

the drumbeats of our time. The worlds books are 

being digitized, online magazines, newspapers and 

academic papers are steadily augmented by an 

endless stream of blog posts and twitter feeds; and 

the gadgets to keep us participating in the digital 

deluge are more numerous and sophisticated. The 

total amount of information created on the worlds 

electronic devices is expected to surpass the 

zettabyte make this year.

repositories. Apart from above, OAIster, 

Scirus, Google, Google Scholar search engines 

are deployed to find the directories and
