Business Development

We, as Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International Business Development Team, are ready to

share our know-how and experience and assist you throughout the process.

Location and Basic Design Principles

Dedeman Park Hotels will be constructed around the business centers and airports of

primary cities and in the secondary cities, in the vicinity of city centers in order to meet the

accommodation needs for corporate and leisure purposes.

As Dedeman Park concept is optimized for flexibility in design without compromising in

efficiency and quality, it can be designed in vertical or horizontal blocks;

as a standalone building in a single parcel,

within a residential and/or commercial mixed project,

at a converted historic and/or existing building.

Dedeman Park Hotels will range between 150 to 250 rooms in primary cities and 100 to 150

rooms in secondary cities. Standard room size is 24 sqm. Gross Building Area per Room is

45-50 sqm, including all common, back of house, administrative and support areas.
