Corporation (HSBC) group in 1968. He
held several senior positions with HSBC
and was appointed Chief Executive
Officer of HSBC Asia Pacific in January
1999, a position he held until his
retirement in December 2003. Mr. Mehta
is also a member of the governing
board of the Indian School of Business,
Hyderabad. Mr. Mehta serves
as an independent director on the
boards of several companies in India
as well as in UK, Hong Kong
and Singapore.

Mr. Saroj K. Datta has over 40 years of
experience in civil aviation in India and
abroad. He joined Air India in 1962 and
rose to the position of Deputy Director,
Planning and International Relations in
1977. He left Air India in 1987, to join
in Kuwait Airways in a senior position.
He has been a part of the Management
team of the Company since its inception
in 1992 and is currently the Executive
Director of the Company.
