INSTRUCTIONS:<br />
•knead the dough and let it rest<br />
for 30 minutes<br />
•prepare the stuffing with tuna by<br />
crumbling the tuna with a fork<br />
•add some finely chopped garlic,<br />
grated parmezan, basilica and add<br />
a spoon <strong>of</strong> olive oil.<br />
•roll the dough out on a board,<br />
and cut out little circles,<br />
• put a bit <strong>of</strong> stuffing in the<br />
middle <strong>of</strong> each circle<br />
•fold and clamp the edges<br />
together with a fork<br />
• cook for about 10-15 minutes in<br />
salt water<br />
•serve with salad
