Meeting Information

The meeting is expected to start at 9:00 am on Monday and to finish by 4:00 pm on the last day

(Friday). Note that like the previous meeting #21 in Cologne, this meeting will run 5 days. The

rapidly compressing publication schedule means that work must accelerate in order to have the

documents ready in time.

The main purposes of the meeting are to continue the development of DO-326A / ED-202A, and ED-

204, work through new comments received since the last meeting, and determine whether they will be

ready for the Final Review and Comment (FRAC) period that is currently scheduled to begin in mid-

October 2013. Review and disposition of comments against draft ED-203 will also occur.

Logistical information: Directions for reaching the SILA SG offices and a link to hotel

recommendations are attached after the agenda.

RSVP: To help us ensure adequate meeting space, please notify Chuck Royalty or Derek Schatz of

your intent to attend if you’ve not already done so.

VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE: Telecon bridge and Webex will be provided as needed. Some requests

have already been received. If you wish to call in and haven’t yet let us know, please notify

Derek or Chuck, because lines will not be kept active if unused. Dialup and webex info will

be distributed via Workspace email during the week prior to the meeting.

There are several hotels in the area, two of which are within easy walking distance. A car or

car-pooling is advised, however, for a better selection of restaurants or to see the area.

The link below should take you to a Google map that has several hotels listed, most of which

are south of Interstate 405 on Route 181, West Valley Highway. You should see something

like this at the link, with additional hotels shown to the east:

Note that not all hotels are labeled. Small pink dots indicate unlabeled hotels. Some hotels

may not be identified on the map. Zooming in on an area of the map may reveal additional

hotels.
